This is a VERY well made set. Sturdy, strong metal, thick cushions. We ordered it in gray, and the material is very thick and will last a long time. It was wrapped VERY well. The boxes came to us all beat up, but the furniture is SO WELL wrapped there wasn't a scratch on them. We were VERY impressed. The reason I gave it a low rating is because they shorted us a couch cushion. When we contacted the company they said they are all out, and it will take the factory 40-60 days to make a new one. Which was probably why we were shorted. It was somewhat difficult to assemble. But my husband is very handy and figured it out. They gave extra bolts, nuts and washers which was very helpful. If we would of had all the pieces I would of given it a 5 STAR rating. The company answered us right away, and seem to be on top of it. ... show more

I received this furniture set on schedule. After opening the box I noticed one of the arms to the couch had been damaged. I took pictures and then put the furniture together. I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending the entire set back. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately. They offered a cash discount or a replacement of the arm. We love the set but, assembly took WAY too long! It would have been so much nicer had the items been pre- or partly-assembled. I'm not giving it one star less for that as the set is such good quality and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended.

The instructions for individual item are pretty similar to each other, which makes the installation process much easier with a helper. Great size chair ,love the thick cushion which makes so comfortable to sit on. The body frames are pretty sturdy and pretty sure they will last long time.
