    • The best teapot I've ever owned
I cannot stop raving about this teapot. Everything about it is so well designed, it's just a marvel. I love when a product is like that where when you're using it, you realize they thought about every little thing. The mesh for the loose tea is so fine, there are no escapes into the tea at all. I've never had such a fine mesh strainer before. And it's perfectly designed so that you can remove it seamlessly with a little handle. The lid fits exactly right so you don't have to hold it on while you pour. The spout pours exactly right without spilling and incredibly, without one single drip down the side. The handle is ergonomic and perfectly balanced. All that, and it's aesthetically pleasing. The cups are the only thing that falls a bit short on design for me, but maybe I need to get used to it. They look beautiful and they keep your hands cool while keeping the tea hot, but they have no lip, just a very round edge like a ball, so you kind of have to drink the tea by pressing your lips around the cup like a fish to take a sip. Small price to pay for the beauty and if I really cared so much, I would just use a different cup. Overall I absolutely love this tea pot. It's very special and would make a great gift for the tea lover in your life. ... show more
