I got the table last week and it seems like a good product so far. Unfortunately it is not as wide as advertised so it is not ideal for my larger patients. I have used a dozen or more electric massage tables over the decades and every one has had a foot pedal to adjust the height. This one comes with a hand control which is not at all suitable for a medical spa or doctors office at all! If I have my hands on my patient and I need to adjust the table I have to wash my hands, then use the hand control, then wash my hands again to prevent cross contamination. The hand control provides a perfect vector for the transmission of infectious disease between patients. I ordered a foot pedal (for an additional fee) as soon as I got the table but apparently they are out of stock and can't tell me when they will get them in. Had I known this, I certainly would have purchased a different table. Oh and you can't use the hand control and the foot pedal together so the hand unit will just end up in my trash. ... show more

The Table is extremely hard and the fusion thickness is no where near 5 inches. It's deceiving by the pictures. If you are looking at it from the side it appears to be thick. But it's hollow underneath. And then you have the board up against the underside of the cushion. The thickness of the cushion is actually closer to 2 inches thick. I have a massage table that's electric from a different company that is 3 inches of thickness and that table is twice as soft as this one. I had to add a padded table warmer and a padded table cover to make it to where this table was usable. So one again after going through the ordering process and what it would take to return this table and wait for a new one I can't do running a business. Now the room is being used. So just be warned THIS TABLE IS ONLY 2 INCHES THICK OF PADDING. YOU SEE IN MY PICTURE UNDERNEATH THAT WHITE BAR IS 2 INCHES THICK. THATS FLUSH AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TABLE. ... show more

OMG! This is a great table for the money and my clients says it's very comfortable!! I doubted getting it at first because the control is hand held and not a foot pedal but it hasn't been a problem adjusting the table even though it's hand held. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!

The table works well but it's advertised at 30 inches wide. If you look closely at the dimensions it says 29". The actual table we received measures 28 inches.
