I bought this and with in 6 months it quit working. I tried to get some help and was told that they would fix it if I could find a big enough box to put it in. Then told me I would have to pay the shipping to and from which is ridiculous. I told them that I couldn't do it and they said will can't help you then. My scooter would not move, so I reached out to Mobility. A representative "promptly" responded and the issue was solved. Turned out to be "user error". LOL Fyi...If your scooter turns on but won't move, check the red lever located in the back of the scooter. When the scooter in "on" the lever should be in the "locked" position. The lever is placed in the "unlocked" position when the scooter is off to release the wheels so you can freely move the scooter. ... show more
