I bought this because I have mobility issues and a big dog, and walking her became a problem for me. So I would fire this up and run her up and down the road by my house. It has good power, good speed, is easy to operate and it worked great all last year. I took the battery out for the winter and put the scooter in the garage. This year it wouldn't start for me. I got the color sea blue.....beautiful. This is my Cadillac since I no longer drive. It is larger than I expected but has all the bells and whistles one could want. There certainly are less expensive scooters, but this one, as soon as you figure it out and get on a ride, you know you got what you paid for. I live in a senior community, (not a nursing home) and I am the envy of all who need a scooter to get around. The large and small storage is great. Due to the space I have to store it, I only attatch the back storage if I'm going up the street to the store. The leg room is crazy good. There's enough room to sit your purse or a carton of soda, etc. The 10' wheels are great with good traction. I can say I feel safe riding it. The turning degree could be better, meaning that when I turn one way or another, or getting in the elevator, I have to back up and forward to get where I need to be. But, a little practice takes care of that. I have had 2 other mobility scooters, but this one is the holy grail. I would recommend. You will be the envy. ... show more

I have a tracheostomy tube and shortness of breath so it's hard to walk long distances. I only wish I had had this when I was going through my cancer treatments. I plan on using it to go to the specialists offices where I have a lot of walking to do. It's a great little scooter with lot's of power and steers great. I would have given a 5 star rating but my only complaint is the badket is so small and there's no way to add a larger one to the back. ... show more

Warranty the put to many excuses if it's in the returning time they call you after that the just text you with a lot of different excuses firt they tell me to use glue or buy a new sit after only 5 months of use I used about 3 times a month for shopping y but 3 to of the are ok the one that one came with the sit clips defective I have try Warranty first the tell me to use glue or buy a new seat second they tell me they don't have the parts and now they tell the seat don't have Warranty so dissatisfied ... show more
