Purchases my scooter from Amazon and it arrived several days early. Two boxes arrived and I was able to assemble it myself. I'm very satisfied by the quality of the machine. Make sure you read the instructions and the manual before assembly. Unfortunately, as I have used it, it has developed a very annoying squeaking noise. I have taken it apart six times. Oiled and greased any part that might be rubbing and making the noise. I just can't get rid of the annoying squeaking. Called the service number many times and no one picks up.

Cool product but it's really heavy.
Really cool product and very high quality. The only reason I have this a 3 start review is because it starts that it can be broken down and transported in the trunk of your car. This may be true, however, you have to be very strong to be able to pick it up and put it in your trunk. If you are purchasing this for someone with mobility issues thinking they will be able to disassemble it AND put it in their trunk, you might want to rethink that.
