First let me say that I think Mike in Customer Service is great. He was very instrumental in resolving some of my issues. The scooter is defiantly smaller then described on Amazon. It's about 8 inches shorter and a couple of inches in width. There is Very Very little leg room for a larger man. Seat for larger man is not very comfortable and definitely not very soft. Arm rests are very small and again not for a larger person. When mine arrived the battery charger and phone USB on the tiller did not work. Turned out to a disconnected wire. Thanks Mike. Over all performance has been good so far, but just not very comfortable. ... show more

Check you battery on your this item. It requires a 20 ah battery. I purchased this for my husband as a Christmas surprise his after months of saving. We are seniors living on a fixed income with very costly monthly meds. My 83 yr old husband has severe lung issues and cannot get around much. After saving up I got this and my husband was thrilled. Since we live in the Midwest he just put it together a month ago and the only thing that worked was the light and horn. I called the number on the brochure it came with and that was disconnected. I contacted the manufacturer and they admitted I had the wrong size battery but it was out of warranty and they couldn’t help me. They asked me for my phone number and said a rep would call me but never did. Now I have to pay an additional $300. For a new battery . I can’t afford another expense but I have no choice. It’s really sad that they exploit the seniors they say they help. ... show more

Battery didn't last 1 year it's left me stranded! Can the batteries be upgraded ? Not very happy about this! And yes I charged every 2 weeks plus the scooter sat all winter!
