I really like this scooter. Its top speed is almost too fast, but I'm very happy with the speed variability available on this model. I took it on a trip recently to another city via Amtrak. It worked out beautifully. They were able to load it onto the train easily and it fits on our local buses/light rail. Comfortable seating, and the cane holder is very helpful. It has a very satisfactory battery life and the scooter handles well. I've received a number of complements on how nice this scooter looks (mine is blue). The cup holders are terrific and handy for other items as well. To be fair, I have to include a few Cons: The battery is heavy, and it's much easier to put into the back of my truck with the battery removed. The scooter is a bit too heavy for me to lift into my truck alone, but my truck bed is rather high. It would have been nice if there were assembly instructions enclosed. I had to use the user manual to figure out how everything fit together. The headrest wasn't included in either of the two boxes, but I didn't plan to use it anyhow. As my first mobility scooter, I don't think I could have picked a better scooter.

Only used it once so far but had to wait to get carrier. it is very nice scooter. And easy to load and unload off carrier . Fast shipping easy to put together . Can take coffee with and charge phone if needed. Easy to handle and I can go out shopping and get out for travel again. It's comfortable to sit on and ride. I will buy from them again if I need to.

Mike and staff showed real customer care and concern. Now today's, that's hard to come by. This was best purchase I have ever made. Mike put all concerns to rest. I live on fixed income like a lot of us . Mike walk me Though the process and made it easy. The battery has not let me down. With chair it is so comfortable. The design is well thought out. Far from advertised. Its rated for 300 lbs. Good luck I'm a 150 lbs and wear leg braces I couldn't get on it. At the time I bought it a tall slender man standing by it. I DO NOT drive paid to have it boxed up for shipping I asked for shipping to be taken out the refund. Never got a reply. Aften a long time on the Phone with Amazon they were to take care of it--I was not to contact the sell and was to get a refund. I did get an email to that affect, I was told on the phone not their email--no refund month later. I had to get it out of here--the church came and picked it up.

I am a disabled woman who needed a scooter to get around at times when I cannot get a rider in a store or just to take my grandchildren to the park. I did months of research and went with this because I thought it was as light as they said and that it came apart into pieces I could handle alone which is what I am most of the time. The video shows a small woman pushing it into the back of her vehicle which gives the impression that she also lifted it up. Unless she's a body builder there's no way she lifted that rider into the vehicle alone which is very deceiving. It says the battery weighs eight pounds and that is fine, but the rest of the scooter minus the seat is much too heavy for one person to lift. I am also appalled by the fact that I have to pay to return it when I couldn't even lift it out of the box once it was delivered. I am very sad and disappointed in the product not because of the description of the features which appear very good and that was one of my decisions for choosing it but because they said it was lightweight and it certainly is not. Now I have to purchase another and hope that it will not have the same issues as this one in the description.
