I really like this scooter. Its top speed is almost too fast, but I'm very happy with the speed variability available on this model. I took it on a trip recently to another city via Amtrak. It worked out beautifully. They were able to load it onto the train easily and it fits on our local buses/light rail. Comfortable seating, and the cane holder is very helpful. It has a very satisfactory battery life and the scooter handles well. I've received a number of complements on how nice this scooter looks (mine is blue). The cup holders are terrific and handy for other items as well. To be fair, I have to include a few Cons: The battery is heavy, and it's much easier to put into the back of my truck with the battery removed. The scooter is a bit too heavy for me to lift into my truck alone, but my truck bed is rather high. It would have been nice if there were assembly instructions enclosed. I had to use the user manual to figure out how everything fit together. The headrest wasn't included in either of the two boxes, but I didn't plan to use it anyhow. Perfect size. Light weight. Very zippy. Great customer support. I can’t walk as far anymore and got the scooter for an upcoming vacation. Fits perfectly in the car. Battery is detachable and can be charged off of the scooter. Strongly recommend.

It doesn’t say, but the charger is included. Easy assembly! It has plenty of power to take fairly steep hills, but it is narrow, and the center of gravity is high so it will tip over if the slope is too steep, or if you’re going fast and turn sharp.     • Battery and scooter are both heavy.
I bought this for my mom and it weighs to much for her to load up in her vehicle so had to purchase a lift and it is still difficult to secure down at times. Plastic appears pretty cheap made as well. Battery has lasted awhile but must take inside in cold or hot weather. Battery weighs about 20 to 25 lbs so she can't do that so I have to keep it and she does not live w me so not convenient for her use unless she is w me. ... show more

I am a disabled woman who needed a scooter to get around at times when I cannot get a rider in a store or just to take my grandchildren to the park. I did months of research and went with this because I thought it was as light as they said and that it came apart into pieces I could handle alone which is what I am most of the time. The video shows a small woman pushing it into the back of her vehicle which gives the impression that she also lifted it up. Unless she's a body builder there's no way she lifted that rider into the vehicle alone which is very deceiving. It says the battery weighs eight pounds and that is fine, but the rest of the scooter minus the seat is much too heavy for one person to lift. I am also appalled by the fact that I have to pay to return it when I couldn't even lift it out of the box once it was delivered. I am very sad and disappointed in the product not because of the description of the features which appear very good and that was one of my decisions for choosing it but because they said it was lightweight and it certainly is not. Now I have to purchase another and hope that it will not have the same issues as this one in the description. ... show more
