They are packed with essential vitamins and nutrients in a liposomal formula for better delivery and absorption. I love these. Have bought twice so far. My stomach doesnt hurt and I feel good. A little bit more energy than normal. I have vitamin d deficiency. My hormones are little out of whack. But I feel great on these. Taste is nice and subtle in my opinion. I take two a day.

I’m not sure if these worked or not. I did not notice a difference if I took them or not. I used them for 6 months. I didn’t have anything bad happen or any reactions. The flavor was good. They aren’t gooey which I like.
