I got these to place around the pool steps to prevent my dog from jumping in when we don’t have the time or weather for it. They’ve worked for that 100% (granted, she respects the boundary and doesn’t jump on the gate). These have been up for 4-5 months now, and are holding up beautifully. They’re heavy enough where they don’t shift in the wind and are light enough to lift and clear leaves or debris. They’re designed to be configured with walls, independently (as here), or in a self-containing shape. I love the versatility. One note, which I see in the manual, is that the wall anchors are only included with the six panel kits. They also look decent if I do say so. The little doors are super convenient too. ... show more

There is a lot to like about this Dog gate. and 1 thing, I don't like.... 1) Sturdy and good looking 2) Double hinges are Great, Hinge can bend forward or back & entry "Gate" opens and closes fully in either direction. 3) I did NOT attach it to a wall, it serves its purpose free standing for Me & Teddy! 4) I have this gate outside, it was advertised as indoor/outdoor but hinges are starting to rust...
