Works well!I use this for grinding small amounts of cooked or raw meat. Also plan on using it to stuff sausage.

The unit fit perfectly with our stand mixer. It was easy to assemble and use. The different sized plates really helped in making summer squash relish. Afterward, it was easy to clean, it even came with its own cleaning brush. Just remember, don’t put the parts into the dishwasher, it will turn them black.

Everything is aluminum even grinding shaft. It oxidized in the dishwasher. the description said stainless steel. We used it once and threw it away.
