This is my second time ordering these. I have some outside and wanted some for my repurposed shower. I ordered cool white and they work just as advertised. The remote control works well but you have to be in direct line and a bit close. The blinking patterns are cool and all of them work. The were very easy to unwind no tangles. They are bright and beautiful at night. A very good value, I've had my first set for over a year and they still work like new, very durable. Purchased these lights less than a year ago to use on my covered porch. They are beautiful and easy to operate. I love the versatility in lighting options included in the remote control. The battery pack and wiring were not subject to the elements. I made sure that the battery compartment stayed clean and dry, on an interior wall with no leaks, and protected by a frame in case of any blowing winds/rain. Unfortunately, when I tried to turn on the lights last week, they no longer worked. I replaced the batteries in the pack and the remote, but to no avail. The lights were perfect, I was able to easily hang them up with thumbtacks. They were extremely lengthy so I was able to hang them conveniently around my room. Until… they stopped shining. The lights were already dim when I set them up but within a week they completely stopped working. I have given up hope and just leave it up as decoration. The wiring is thick and durable so it was a shock to me that it stopped working. The transparent wiring along with the transparent bulbs made the design look great. But it was not durable since it lasted shorter than a MONTH! Not worth another dime! ... show more
