When I first bought the chair I was unsure of it, there wasn’t a ton of reviews and the ones that it did have were one words or two. I made the switch from my gaming chair to this one because I am 6’2 and needed something more economic for my back. It took a few days to break in (I didn’t know mesh had to be broken in). Once it was it is extremely comfortable, I can sit for hours at a time without it causing my back to spasm. The chair height is just right for me and since the head rest is adjustable it helps with figuring out how to position my neck. The chair itself isn’t bad quality, I mean you do get what you pay for but it’s made mostly of a very heavy duty plastic and metal. I have not had any issues with this. It honestly looks like a chair you’d spend 500-1k on. It does come with a footrest thingy, I use it occasionally but (this may be user error) it tends to slide off the track and I have to put it back on. However when I do use it I will say you could sleep in it. The adjustable armrest are also a big deal because being able to position them in a way that’s comfortable or to make it easier to put the chair in a tight space.

This chair is comfortable enough, and actually a decent value at this price. It does feel a bit flimsy and flexes quite a bit, I'm 220lbs. It's a 5 star chair if it weren't for a few flaws, that are hard to overlook. First, the armrest supports are way too far apart. They're crazy wide at 23 inches on center, my old chair armrests are 21.5 inches on center, and those were also too wide, but livable. Even though you can twist the armrests inward, that just forces your elbows even further out to get the comfort and support of the armrest. I subtracted 1 star for the poorly designed armrests. The next issue I have with this chair is the back/lumbar height adjustment. It doesn't seem to have a way to lock it in position. It has handles on the side to raise and lower it. I can feel and hear a click detent, which I assume is supposed to lock it in place. It doesn't. The back raises and lowers without any way to lock it in place. This is a major flaw and should be addressed. A more positive locking mechanism should be used, the best would be a threaded mechanism so the height may be dialed in precisely and it wouldn't flop around, up and down. It really is a nice chair so I hope they address these issues in a future version. UPDATE: The manufacturer reached out and explained how the locking mechanism for the back/lumbar height works. While I still stand by my review above, the locking mechanism is a less than ideal design. Since it was my main gripe about the chair, I've updated the review to five stars.

Overall, this chair has decent build quality and comfort. I bought this particular model because of the adjustable lumbar support. Unfortunately for me (I'm 6'2"), the lumbar support pad only has 2 lockable positions. You can raise the lumbar support higher than the 2nd position, but it will not lock in that highest position. Instead, the locking mechanism is released at that highest point and the cushion slides all way to the bottom. This makes trying to get the lumbar support to stay in the proper position a constant battle. Ultimately, I cut and fit pieces of plastic 3M loop and loop fasteners and placed them in the sliding mechanism to lock it in the highest position. The support is now no longer adjustable, but I no longer have to keep fighting it to get it to support my back properly. If I had the opportunity to try this chair out before I bought it, I would have chosen a different model. Such is the downside of buying things like this online.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the Executive version of this chair, and as someone who’s 5’6”, I was worried it would be too tall for me. After receiving and assembling it, I was pleasantly surprised — my feet rest flat on the ground at a proper 90-degree angle. My main concern before ordering was the listed seat height (20”–23”). I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly, reassuring me that it would be fine — and they were absolutely right. Overall, this chair is an incredible value for the price. It’s ergonomic, versatile, and very comfortable. My favorite feature is the adjustable armrests that slide inward so the chair fits neatly under my desk. The packaging was neat and professional, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

The chair is nice. Some of the “chrome” pieces are plastic, not metal. The directions are pretty simple but are incomplete. They show tools that you may not need. See in the pictures that the directions list parts with letters? There are no stickers identifying the pieces. Even the screws say they have corresponding letters, but the package doesn’t include it. The only letters on any of the parts are for the Left and Right arms. Other than this, it’s a pretty good chair.

This chair could be great, but unfortunately, mine arrived without the wheel arms — making it completely unusable out of the box. As a result, I never got to fully assemble or test it. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend over $250 on a product that shows up incomplete, with no solution offered other than sending the whole thing back. If you’re considering this chair, just be aware that quality control may be an issue. The materials that were included seemed decent, but I can't recommend something I couldn’t even use.
