Well, The chair was received on time. The product is exceptional. The instructions were clear and all parts included. The chair is easy to assemble and took about 40 min to assemble, not extra tool needed. Everything is included. I stripped one bolt because of my error, and the seller was kind and fast enough to send the replacement extra hardware. The chair turned out much value for the money. Can't go wrong with this. The lumbar support is awesome and very comfortable. Just know that the top height of the lumber support will reset the mechanism and bring the lumbar support to its lowest height, so essentially only 3 setting for lumbar support height. This is not a miss and is clearly mentioned in the product description. Also, the arm rest are adjustable in multiple combinations. One small gripe - The arm rest are a little easy to move, so when you pull the chair in and out of the desk, the arm rest slides out to farthest setting. Not an issue for me. The gas cylinder is of high quality and the wheel are decent. The mesh is great, but prone to cuts, being super stretched, so be careful with that. The back also has three reclining settings and can be locked into these angles. The back reclines easily, without too much push. I was impressed. The leg rest is amazing, very supportive and comfortable. With the combination of back reclined to furthest and led rest out, this chair turns into a full fledged lounger. I can take comfortable naps and watch a whole movie in this chair. So comfortable and value for money. Highly Recommend. Luxury quality, but non-luxury price.

Great chair, but there is a cut in the right arm rest. See first photo. The value is great and is very comfortable for someone having lower back issues. All adjustments work well and the chair is well built. Would have 5 stars with perfect condition.

The most noticeable benefit is that when you lean back, you can feel your lower back being firmly cradled, which significantly reduces that aching sensation you get from sitting for long periods. The headrest is also highly adjustable, with both height and angle settings. The chair seat and back is a woven plastic thread, it can poke / be rashy if putting legs up . If you want to fold legs, this is not the chair for you. The back and head adjustments are not very good, they slip from the settings to the default. Have to keep tightening the screws. The leg rest extension is very nice, works well. The chair when at max recline feels a bit unstable, but ok. Other wise a decent chair, perhaps at a lower price point it would be more attractive. Delivery was poor, box came broken and with items poking out and scruffed. The seller gave me $10 bucks to comp. Not sure thats enough. I would return it, but it takes significant time to build. The instructions were ok at best.

I've been using it for a while, and I really think I made the right choice. The frame material of this chair is super solid, and the overall structure is stable. Maybe skip this product and find a better one! I bought this chair almost a year ago 4/15/25. Initially, I loved my new chair. It was better than my old one. I am a master at putting things together, a hobby tbh. So I know that wasn't the issue. It's rickety! I have severe pelvic pain after sitting in this chair now after a few minutes. I had to move it out of my office and use my old chair. When I finally knew I had to stop using it, I ended up needing a walker at the end of the work day. Thank goodness I work from home because i literally could not move my left leg. I had drag it to get the walker we have from a family member. I would like a refund really because this chair is not cheap!!
