The instructions were printed crooked so some weren’t legible. I managed to figure it out and put it together by myself in under 2 hours with distractions. Very nice bed, but as you can see from the pictures the stitching could have been better. I almost refused shipment because I thought the bed was damaged. Meridian Porter Canopy Bed in Gray, King Ordered August 2020. The bed looks really nice. I paid extra to have it delivered to the third floor of my townhouse. It is HUGE. Delivery guy was really nice. It took me about 4.5 hours to put it together by myself. Once I finished I noticed there was rust at most of the joints of the chrome canopy. At this point, taking it apart to return is too daunting a task. I still might do that. My advice is to REALLY inspect each piece before putting it together. Smh. Okay at first i had alot of issue with delivery no fault of amazon, I waited two months for the bed, Ceva lost my headboard so I had to wait until more was in stock and i ordered a replacement. 5 star bed, 0 star delivery. After initially waiting 2 weeks for delivery, my husband and I slept on a mattress on our bedroom floor for almost 2 additional weeks because the bed did not come as promised even tho it said "out for delivery". CEVA delivery service is absolutely terrible. I spoke with a few reps from the company and none of them seemed to have correct information as to when my bed would arrive even when it was in my city for over a week. When we did finally receive it, one of the boxes was opened. Ugh. However, we put it together in no time & it's absolutely beautiful! Thankfully, there was no damage. To the seller: pay a little more for an efficient delivery service and you'd get better reviews ... show more
