I bought the 3x5. I knew about the product coming vacuumed packed but I didn't expect it to have cellophane wrapped around it. I like the color. It is soft. I didn't know about the hand washing. Which will get annoying really quick considering I have animals. I'll have to see how well it holds up. I have four stars based on the fact of being hand washed. I just got it today. Super soft but very thin, can see right thru it and very little padding. Was vacuum packed and once opened it had a slight odor so hung outside for about an hour and smell was gone. Decent rug but wish it was thicker

This rug is really soft and does fluff up after a day or two. It comes vacuum sealed. For the price, its great and I would definitely recommend it. It's not that thick which I would like but again, it is a pretty cheap rug and it does the job.

Using this at my patio door where my dogs are in and out 30 times a day and it seems fine for that. Appears to be slightly irregular in shape as it's actually a little wider at one end, not sure if it was made that way or still a result of being vacuum packed. Only had it a week so haven't tried to clean it yet. Description on Amazon says machine washable but enclosed paper says handwash only so not sure what to believe there. Maybe if I try machine wash and have issues I'll update this. ... show more

It turned out to be a great buy. The non-skid backing keeps it in place (in spite of a pup that loves to roll all over it). It is super soft and light weight enough to go into our washer.
