Only downside is you have to take four as the daily dose - which is common for natural vitamins because they don't pack down as well. They’re a little low on some of the vitamins but they’re by far the best gummy prenatals I have tried. They match most of the vitamins from my gel tablet prenatals. Which is great because I tried to pick a prenatal with all the essentials so seeing that I can get that within a gummy is an excellent thing. I like to take these on days I feel to nauseous to take my regular ones or sometimes I’ll eat one or two along with my other prenatal for a little extra if I feel I didn’t eat well in the day. I love the fact that it’s not sugar coated like some other gummies, instead it’s coated with rice flour. The flavor is really yummy. I like the flavor and that they are gummies. It has helped so that I can take some sort of prenatal while being nauseous. The only complaints that I have are that there hasn't been the exact amount in each container. My last 2 containers I have been shorted by 2 gummies. The other thing is that I wish there was a higher amount in quite a few of the vitamins, but I will continue to take these for now! ... show more

I was looking for a healthy alternative to the prescribed large prenatal pill the doctor gives and these gummies were it! I’m no healthy food expert, but the ingredient list looked good. And I’d rather chew 4 gummies that taste good a day than take a large pill.
