There isn't anything I dislike about the couch/sofa (maybe the color options), but overall good couch. It's firm and it feels comfortable to me. I would suggest another cup holder maybe even make the length a little longer. No negative reviews or comments. I put the couch together on my own. I had difficulty putting one of the backrest on but a friend of mine came and inserted it with no problem. Instructions are straight forward and it is easy to put together. Hard as a rock. Style is cute and is as pictured. Easy to assemble. Minus a broken foot that still served it's purpose, it's ok. Definitely not comfortable at all. And the fabric picks up dirt easily .

My family loves this couch. We have 2 dogs, a cat, 2 kids and my husband and I. We all got on this couch just fine! The only real complaints that anyone has had is that the couch itself is very firm. I personally don’t mind it because it means the cushions will last longer then a pervious couch we had but if you need something softer then I wouldn’t suggest it for you. The other thing is that the back pieces are short. My husband says that when the hideaway piece is in and it looks like a regular couch, he feels like a giant. He’s of average height at 5’10”. Packaging was great but I suggest that you be home for delivery and help your driver unload. One person should NOT be trying to move the boxes or damage will ensue and only one driver is ever in the delivery vehicle. The way it was packaged inside the boxes was pretty brilliant and I like that I have access to the underneath for cleaning. ... show more

Easy to put together. However, all the dimensions are incorrect for the actual couch. It’s much smaller than advertised. It’s very stiff, and you can feel the bars when you lay down. Wanted to love it, but it’s simply not even worth the price. The way it came packaged made it even more of a pain to return so I’m stuck with a useless couch that I can’t even give away. ... show more

Aesthetically was what I was looking for. Perfect for the small space I am in. Downsize the threading is coming loose on a cushion and one pillow. Something that I’ll be able to sew back together but for the amount I paid, I did not expect it to happen so soon. I do love that it’s easy to move around and easy to clean.
