This Murphy bed was everything we wanted it to be. It looks amazing. Functionality is great with the built in sofa seat when the bed is up. The cushions are actually really comfortable so it’s already been getting a lot of use. It’s supporting an 8in memory foam mattress we got for the bed perfectly, and my favorite part was how affordable it was. Well worth the DIY assembly that my husband for the most part built on his own other than a few steps where I had to hold something in place for him. This would also be such a great set to use as a base and add customization around. 10/10 would recommend.

This thing is pretty great. The hydrolics don't work right so I would be careful when you're pulling it out. I would also prefer it to come with some latches to keep it up and make it feel safer but honestly one of the best designs I've seen for the price!

The directions are printed Vietnamese???? Thank god for you tube. It takes 2or3 folk to put it together.It looks good except the big silver screws with no way to cover them

Surprisingly good quality for the price. I'm giving it a four because the instructions could be made more clear, and not all parts came labeled. We were however able to figure it all out and this is a massive space saver for me! It does take two people to put it together.

Complicated as heck. You can do 97% by yourself, but when it's time to install the mattress bottom to the frame and hook up the hydraulics, you will need two people. Just start on one box at a time. Trust the system. I'm very happy with it so far. The mattress fits, and at first the hydraulics kicked the doors out at about 2 feet, but once the mattress sets in, it's all good. I don't think the bench holds heavy people. My hubs sat down and it creaked ominously, so I don't think he will try again.
