Trying to upload a photo but it won’t let me. I got the large grey sectional with the storage ottoman, storage arm rest, and pull out bed. And I love this this. It is more firm like the reviews have stated, but to be honest it so much better for my back and shoulders and I don’t foresee the “sunken couch” issue occurring with it. I did buy a mattress topper for the bed and it makes it a perfect bed. It took about an hour to assemble with a partner. I have a black cat and white dog, so far their nails haven’t ruined it and I haven’t noticed any really pet hair clinging to it. I am so happy with this purchase and only have one issue. I with the arm rest was about four inches higher. Other then that highly recommended this couch. Not to big, not to small and made with a long term use in mind. It is a super cute couch. It is a 2 seater. It's super easy to assembly. The couch is like a futon although my old futo was way more comfy. This couch is very hard if your gonna have guest use it I recommend getting a twin mattress pad to make it softer.

Purchased this small sleeper for my small den. Very pretty but also very hard! Needed to put foam on top to be used as a sleeper. Back has ok cushions but seating is hard! Love the look!

You can feel the wood through the cushions and the pull out bent the first time it was used almost making it impossible to close again. If I could return it I would unfortunately I'm still paying on it and now I'm stuck with it. Definitely not an everyday use kind of couch.

The media could not be loaded. I wouldve goven this couch 5 stars and i'am willing to take down my review and change it if they fix this problem. The backrest of the chaise part of the couch that attaches to the loveseat is not fitting into the chaises slots. I double checked to make sure i used the right backrest and i did, and it is only about a centimeter off if you check my pictures and videos. I'm going to be contacting merax to see if they can work with me on this by replacing the backrest, and if so ill change my score and take down my video. If not, i will be contacting amazon for a full refund. ... show more
