The fabric/material is super soft, the color is cute and overall it was super easy and quick to put together. I don’t necessarily recommend sleeping on it without a mattress topper (I like squishy beds), but if you like super firm beds then it might be comfortable

I love the couch it was easy to assemble and looks good in my living room. I have no complaints about the product itself just the shipping company Ceva. This has nothing to do with the fact that it took forever I understand with the labor shortage that it was going to take a little longer than usual. The company requires a delivery appointment of which you had to be home for they were all from 12-4pm, which was also not a problem. I do not work from home and had to take a day off for my delivery appointment which was fine until my couch didn’t get delivered on the first 3 appointments I had made. I had to take three days off of work because this company couldn't get me my couch when they said they would. I don’t understand what the point of an appointment is if you are not going to arrive. Also there was no heads up that I wouldn’t be getting my delivery either. So I sat at my house all day for three days waiting on my couch for no reason. When the couch was finally delivered the man said he was an outside carrier who gets hired to do jobs for Ceva when they get really backed up (which is often) and he was a delightful man (unfortunately I don’t remember who he said he worked for). But anyways long story short the couch is great but the shipping company is not considerate of other peoples time. ... show more

We received our couch in a damaged box from a well known carrier. We put the couch together and noticed some damage. We contacted the company and they swiftly took action. It wasn't their fault, it was the delivery service. We are pleased. This unit fits perfectly in our 5th wheel.

This was easy to assemble and works great for a small space. Lots of storage room. Unfortunately, it arrived with damage to the lining of the storage because of the way everything is packaged. Also, beware the seller uses FexEd, who are notorious for breaking your stuff.

I had to move the brackets that came pre-installed incorrectly. The bed on the underside does not catch so the bed just rolls out completely. My mom is off to Home Depot because there should be another wheel on the other side where it is missing or a bracket that catches the bed when you pull it out. Very frustrating for the first hour. The weird contraption thing is a leg that goes in the back in between the two backside pieces. Oh did I mention they sent instructions for the completely wrong couch? Very very frustrating. I need a beer and smoke now that this is somewhat built. Super good material and the look is so pretty. The cushions on the couch are very firm but somewhat comfy. Everything came in one box weighing 190lbs. So you will need to be prepared for that if you have any stairs. Oh, have a drill ready in case you need to engineer your own bed to work too. My pillows are King size to give you an idea of the Ottoman space. ... show more
