It arrived fully assembled and was ready to use within minutes. A digital display shows the speed, time, distance, and calories burned. Its speed, easily controlled with a pushbutton on the remote control, can be varied from 0.6 to 3.8 MPH. It has six silicone shock absorbers, which do their jobs adequately but can be improved. Its webpage states that “The motor's efficient heat dissipation keeps noise below 40 dB, so you can exercise quietly without disturbing family or colleagues,” which is accurate. Our large treadmill that my wife and kids use daily performs far better than this small treadmill, but it has a large footprint and is not portable. On the other hand, this treadmill can be easily moved to the front of a TV or under a desk. Walking really close right in front of my top-of-the-line 75-inch TV while watching 4K to 8K travel channel videos gives me the impression of actually walking there and makes me feel fine. The running pad is much smaller than a full-sized treadmill; therefore, we need to be mindful when using it since we can lose our foothold more easily than with a full-sized treadmill. This treadmill is small, portable, handy, versatile, and affordable, with decent performance, which makes it appealing and an excellent buy. I often seriously wonder how they can make these treadmills so affordable. Only time can tell how durable and reliable this treadmill is. For now, I absolutely love it, and I enthusiastically recommend it.

This requires very little setup and is instantly ready for walking is easy to use and just plant somewhere so you can walk and read, watch tv, catch up on webinars, put on a standing desk, etc. It came perfectly packed with plenty of protection. There is a cord, remote, and some additional pieces to help with daily use. What you should know: - this is a walking pad, not a running pad. It's flat and is designed for desk or home use. Doesn't have an incline or supports to hold onto. - It is heavy! It will take some strength to get it in place. What I don't like: - WOW the beep to turn it on or increase the speed is super annoying. It freaks my dog out everytime I have to change anything. - It has wheels so you can move it around and then stand it up against the wall. However, they put the plug on the bottom part so you have to take the plug out to store it. Makes no sense to design it that way. Overall, it's a good mat and seems to have high quality craftsmanship. I am hoping these extra steps every day will help my overall health and make my standing desk set up even more productive.

MERACH Foldable Walking Pad, Ultra-Quiet 3.8MPH Speed, LED Display, Space-Saving Treadmill for Home & Office, Remote Control, APP Sync It's good, not great. I can't give it high marks because I haven't been able to walk on it for more than 5 minutes before the tread shifts to the right side. It won't stay centered, making it unusable. We have adjusted it over and over again. It will not stay placed. I really like the walking pad overall. The remote is great, the pause button is ideal. I like the LED imaging, it's really bright and easy to see. I truly wish I was able to keep it centered and able to use it. It's an expensive item to not be able to use and just collect dust now.

I wasn't sure what to make of this at first but I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised It unboxed easily and plugged right into the wall and it's ready to go It operates with a handheld remote and has several modes I found most comfortable between about 3 to 4 miles ph it is a little bit narrow but I can work with that This is a lot more beneficial than it looks it gets hot here in Phoenix and be able to get in a warm up often results in lots of over heating I can just pull this out from under my bed spend, about 20 minutes on it while doing other things and store real quickly It's made well and feels solid The track is heavy duty rubber and feels very durable Like I said I'm quite impressed at this price point
