  • One sweet machine…
Style: 12% Auto Incline TrekPad
About myself: I’m a senior man over 80, 6’1” tall, 250 lbs, sedentary, in fair to poor shape. I bought this treadmill to improve my health and have been using it daily for over a month now. I really like the machine. It is well made, very quiet, and sturdy. Top speed is 4 mph, a fast walk for me, a senior. I had to start slowly, in short intervals, to build up my balance. Now I easily go for 30 minute sets and my balance gets better every day. I’ve found the lack of hand bars not to be an issue. I’ve not yet tried the incline. The item is heavy at 70#. Rollers on one end make it easily moveable, but it might be tough for one person to lug it up stairs. At 6-5/8” thick, it readily slides under my bed. There are no provisions to store it in any manner other than flat. The power cord is detachable and 6’ long with a 3-prong grounded plug. The manufacturer suggests it’s best to plug it into a separate 15-amp circuit. I’ve not found it to get hot during my 30-40 minute sets. Overall, I love this machine, would buy it again, and highly recommend it. ... show more

  • Very high quality, very durable walking pad
Style: 12% Auto Incline TrekPad
I checked out all the competitors, the others either had smaller tracks, no electronic elevation, were flimsy weighing only 34-40lbs, or had weak motors. I am 5'11" 235 and this walking pad is awesome - absolutely zero stress on the machine even at higher speeds and elevation. Extremely solid, easy to store upright against a wall. My only suggestion is if you use an extension cord, important to use a 12/3 gauge 15amp cord no longer than 6ft to avoid problems, only $12 on Amazon. ... show more

  • Merach W50 - Nice Product , Great First Impression
Style: 12% Auto Incline TrekPad
This edit limited to Unboxing, Setup, Initial Impressions and Test run. Me: I’m a 60 yr old male whose primary exercise is walking by preference. 285lbs. My purchase driver was a walking pad for under desk. My work is now from a Captain’s Chair helming piloting solution delivery to my company’s customers who want Intune and Nexthink. Being stationary brings pain, unless I walk it away. And the Merach W50 was selected for this role. —— Merach w50 unbox: (12/13/2025) Shipped well. Box not much larger than device. Arrived no damage. Bear hug and lifted into house by self. Six steps to main floor. Lifted box and rested on 1 or 2 steps at a time until on main floor. Easy open, relative minimal mess to unbox. Manual: I read the entire manual. 1 star ding of the rating. Merach manual indicates 1.25HP. Amazon Merach Store listed product specs from the ordered product listed 3.5HP. Build/Appearance. Reality is better than product’s pictures. I like well built solid steel things and this appears well constructed. There are rounded edges, and the rollers worked well on the wood floor. It will probably be best to stand on side for storage vs vertical as there’s no “vertical storage kick stand” to keep this from a fall, and it could injure you, pets or kids if it fell into you. It has weight. So it will need to be “leaned” into to a wall, or braced to prevent falling over. Initial Operation: perfect. As a claimed. Easy Setup. Would not power on at first. my house is 50+ yrs old. If it doesn’t power up, try another socket. Don’t bend prongs until you “get connection”. Outlets are cheap. Replace them. Sound: No motor whine detected. There is only the whoosh of the belt and your footfall. If you had Crocs vs harder sole, you’d only hear belt whoosh. Perfect! Start/Stop/Adjusting: remote control operation was nice. Intuitive buttons. Power steering b is gradual. Hit the plus symbol button. You are walking. Start / Pause and you gradually slow to stop. Jump off. Power button and it powers down. Intuitive - that’s great. Storing: set power switch on end of device to off. Unplug. Move to store location. Safety: If you tip this to move it while it’s still connected to AC power and its switch is “ON”, the display immediately displays “U1….” NICE! This tells me the device is engineered to stop if it’s not flat. Well done! Improvement Opportunity: Two thoughts. Wider wheels made with a hard rubber to be silent in rolling and non scratch. Merach could add a vertical kickstand integrated with the incline legs that allows you to “kickstand” the device and be safer in storage. The head unit might need a rubber strip to not impact the head units plastic body. That would add incredible utility and convenience to the unit. More over time. This will do for now. I’m impressed so far. —— ... show more

  • Solid built, extremely quiet. Takes up minimal space
Style: 12% Auto Incline TrekPad
What a solid piece of exercise equipment that is made very well. So simple to use and has just the right features. Also this unit is extremely quiet. I’m highly impressed. It was a little more than some of the others, and last, then a few, but I felt this one was going to be everything I mentioned above and it did not disappoint after using it. I’m sure I will have it for years. ... show more

  • Love this walking pad
Style: 12% Auto Incline TrekPad
Shipping was super fast. Mine came assembled and well packaged. The 12% incline is amazing! It's portable enough to move if you want/need to. And it feels unbelievably sturdy! I've used a weight vest while on it and done farmer's carries with no issues at all. Great purchase, I highly recommend!!

  • Remote is incredibly dangerous and not built safely
Style: 12% Auto Incline TrekPad
I’ve had this for a few days and the walking pad itself is fantastic, but today, the pad was off and unplugged and I smelled burning. The remote control (which has no on/off button) was burning and melting. I started panicking and had to pry the melted back off the remote, and took the batteries out with a towel. Again, the walking pad was not in use, and I’m really lucky I was even in the room to take the remote apart, or this could’ve caused devastating damage or injury. It could’ve burned my house down, or exploded. No response from the company yet, and I’m not sure where to go from here. Update: the company reached out and was incredibly kind and responsive about the faulty remote. There was some confusion, but they refunded the walking pad and assured me they would look into this deeply to improve the remote. 🥰 TBH I’m terrified of remotes now, but I do maintain that the walking pad itself is fantastic and well made. ... show more

  • Excellent choice for indoor winter walking
Style: 12% Auto Incline TrekPad
I have not had it very long so I cannot speak on long term use, but so far I am impressed. I looked at so many different walking pads and this one just seemed more rugged, with a great price. It is heavy, because it is built solidly. It is not one you will carry around or pick up and move around often. Rolling handle is very sturdy and it rolls well. Works with remote. Incline and speed changes with a push of the remote, while walking. It is very quiet in operation. But I would like to disable the beep that it makes when changing speed, incline, etc. I am 5’ 9 size 12 shoe, I have plenty of room on the belt for my feet and long stride. Belt does not jerk, lag or slip comes with tool, that makes it’s easy to center belt. I have not used at max speed but at a brisk walking speed and at highest incline. Great value for the money. ... show more
