I have tried a lot of pillows but this one is the best. You make it the size that is comfortable for you. You do have to be patient after you unwrap the pillow. Give it time to fluff up (about 12 hours), and it does have a slight odor. We set ours in the sun for a few hours and the odor was gone. I love this concept for making it your own. I liked it so much I bought another set!

I have slept with this pillow for three nights and can report a positive improvement from previous pillows. I am a side/back sleeper with cervical spine issues and have been on a long, (and expensive), journey for a pillow that allows me comfort and improved sleep quality. This has been an on-going journey for two or more years. This pillow may be the answer to my quest. I have removed some of the generous filling and will see if I get an even more improved sleep quality this evening. I am very hopeful, as the previous three nights have been vastly improved. I feel this pillow just needs a little tweaking to get some of the best sleep I have had in years.

Followed the instructions precisely haven't been able to get close enough to it as the nasty oder is not gone even after 24 hours. Can't tell you how comfortable it is or isn't until can set head on pullow without having that odor. Will follow up after oder is gone.
