This is an AMAZING couch where nearly every seat lifts up as storage. The quality of the couch is 100% and feels VERY comfortable to sit and lay on. First thing people do when they come over is compliment me on the size and quality of this couch. Then, they love that it’s completely mobile and converts into storage. The sellers were amazing too and literally paid to have it shipped to me when I put the wrong address in. The Melpomene U Shape Sectional Sofa Combination that I ordered shipped on time. Each piece shipped in a separate box well packaged. The Melpomene sofa arrived on time in good condition by Federal Express. It was well packaged and each cushion is vacuum packed in stored under the seat cushion. The seat cushions lift up and provide plenty of room for storage. The individual sections can be switched around and arranged in different ways to create a different look or function, or to make room in different spaces. The black velvet is nice and plush and matches my other decor and color scheme nicely. Additional corner and chair pieces can be added later if wanted to create a larger sectional or a different arrangement. The seller provides good communication and response time. The media could not be loaded. Delivery was smooth and on time. I love the versatility of this sectional. For movie nights we move the ottomans and turn it into a giant bed couch. It is firm but not too firm. I'm hoping with the decent amount of firmness the cushions don't wear down too fast. I love that the ottomans and armless chairs open for storage, we have games in one and extra pillows and blankets in another. Their customer service team is excellent. I did have a small issue with my order but customer service was in touch in a timely manner and always responsive. I had never ordered a couch off of Amazon or without seeing it in person first so this sat in my cart for a while before I actually purchased it but it's great, the fabric, the storage, the versatility and the customer service. The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with this sectional! The couch came a lot sooner than the expected delivery day, it was easy to put together, and doesn’t weigh too much. I like how there is so much storage room under the single chair pieces and ottoman. I also enjoy being able to move around the pieces separately to create different styles in our family room. Overall, the sectional is a great buy! I will definitely be ordering more furniture from this company again, I couldn’t ask for a more stylish sectional for our space. Assembly was common sense and quick, hardest part was breaking down packaging. 2 legs of one corner chair would not screw in because the female part was missing. Wondering if company would mail me that female piece.
