I purchased a pair of these for outdoor holiday decorating. I am very impressed by the quality for the price. The case is heavy gauge aluminum and the lens is thick glass. It appears to be very rugged and should last many years (even through winter weather). This flood can display just about any color you could ever need. The hues are very rich and true and there are no traces or shadows from the different hues used to create each color. The 15 watt will nicely cover an area of 200 -300sq. ft. They easily outperform old style incandescent floodlamps and are always cool to the touch. The included directions are a little confusing (typical of those translated by Chinese) but they do have a nice diagram indicating the function of each remote button. The remote is very intuitive and it was easy to figure out how to use all the different functions. You must first pull the plastic tab from the rear battery cover to activate it. I played around with the settings for a bit before putting the lamps outside. One caveat, the remotes all appear to work with the same code. If you have more than one lamp, it is a good idea to adjust each one out of range of the others or else they will all mimic whatever setting you choose. As the photos show, each lamp has a mounting bracket that allows you to swivel the base if placing them at floor level but you must obtain your own hardware if you want mount them to a stake or other fixed object. Overall, I am very pleased with the performance of these lamps. I am going to order 2 more and use them year round for various holiday decorating and outdoor functions.     • Small but Super bright LED flood light, Multi color.
WOW! Very bright and multi-color. Construction is very strong and super lightweight and not bulky. Mounting bracket allows for easy installation. It will flood your yard with a great amount of nice supper light any color of your choice, Bright white like 6000k or yellow or red blue and more. This light works well and is a great value. It has white LEDs that are warm white and cool white, which allows you to match different "white" colors. It also has RGB LEDs that can be used to produce a wide variety of different colors. From what I have seen, it switches seamlessly between using either the "white" or the RGB, but there is no mode in which all LEDs are used. The remote works well and allows you to use built-in presets (Warm white, Cool White, Red, Green, Blue), one user-modifiable "white" preset (blend of warm/cool white), or a five user-modifiable RGB presets. It also has some automated modes which sweep all RGB colors smoothly, jump between built-in preset colors, jump between user-preset colors, and sweep between warm/cool white. It also has global brightness settings. The remote works well from any angle, and works up to about 20 feet away. Don't lose the remote, btw, because there is no way to change the settings other than the remote. When you turn it off, it comes back on in the same mode as it was set at when you turned it off. I have to be honest, when I opened this package and saw how tiny these lights were, I laughed and was immediately disappointed. I thought for SURE there was NO way these lights were going to be bright enough and if I were to use them for my Halloween graveyard, I was going to have to order a bunch more. While I had admitting when I'm wrong, boy was I wrong. In my photos I have 4 lights total, the brightest ones, the two on the ends are these lights, and the two in the middle are black lights that are twice the size of these. The throw distance that these lights reach is insane. The lights are at the front of my yard, sitting on the ground and aimed up a little to hit the gravestones and they actually light up my whole house. I normally have some Hue lights for my landscaped areas but due to an ongoing project they aren't even connected at the moment. These lights are doing all of the work. The reaper does have his own light, but everything else is mostly coming from these little guys. You can't beat them, honestly, and they're a great deal for the price. They also come with a remote so you can change the brightness level and change the colors very easily. It's pretty cool that you can add a little Red, Blue or Green depending on the shades you want. It isn't just a couple pre-programmed colors. I will definitely be using these year after year, as long as they hold up well. Definitely buy some, you won't be disappointed. ... show more
