This is an excellent product. It came in 6 boxes within two days of order. Everything was packed perfectly. No dents, scratches or other issues I have had with other large purchases through Amazon. The instructions are clear, and if you can do Legos, you can follow and do it. It was not missing anything, all the screws lined up with the holes, and it looks spectacular. It’s also very sturdy. I’m a pretty handy DIYer, not a pro, and built it almost entirely by myself in about 6 hours, except when it was time to stand it up and join the four sides. You definitely need extra hands for that part. I got the 11x13 model in dark gray. We like the pitched roof.

I have a large concrete patio and decided to purchase three 12x12 pergolas to cover the space. Even though my sisters and I are very handy, I was still impressed with how easy these were to assemble. The first one took us about 3 hours from unboxing to full assembly. Once we had the hang of it, the second took 2 hours, and the third only 1.5 hours. The instructions were clear, all parts were well-organized, and everything fit together just like it should. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I also want to give a big thumbs-up to the seller—they noticed I ordered three and reached out to confirm it was correct before shipping. That kind of customer service is rare these days and really appreciated! The pergolas have held up beautifully through three big storms and have kept the water out. They look great, feel sturdy, and were absolutely worth the purchase. My only wish? That they made one big enough to cover my entire patio in one go! Other than that, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I have to say I’m very happy with this product. It was shipped fast, and came in four very well organized boxes. They were packed well, but one pole had a small dent. I know I could’ve returned it, but I didn’t want to wait because I have a party coming up soon. It took my son, 11 yr old grandson, and myself, to put it together in about 4 to 5 hours with breaks. We used battery powered tools instead of the tools that were supplied. The all picture instructions were very easy to understand. Nothing was missing which is a big plus. Other than sealant tube busting and my hands were covered in gray goo (this is where I wish I would have worn gloves and cut the hole a little larger on the tube cap), it was easy. Time will tell, but it seems to be well built and sturdy material. So far, I would have given 5 stars if it wouldn’t have those two minor issues. It’s a beautiful asset to my back patio.

Better than we anticipated. High quality metal. The curtains and bug screen make a huge difference. We purchased this model because the measurements worked with the deck space we had and it fits perfectly. Assembly was okay but only two of us were working on it. It took over 200 screws but engineered well. No written instructions just diagrams so watching the video is a must. Really good customer service. We had a broken handle on one of the cranks and they sent a replacement without any problems. Great value for the money.

Well designed and easy to put together. If your deck is close in measure (they said 113.8") but I had to redo my railings because I needed about 116 or so. DO NOT MISS THE CAULKING STEPS. My tube was defective but I also missed it because I was too busy worrying about screws, now it leaks which I can fix. I had an issue with the corner block not having thread inserts for the vertical legs to attach and it was my LAST corner so I had to take it apart and wait for the replacement part which MELLCOR was great at handling. Love the louvers, love the unit *neighbors already contemplating buying one*. It would have taken me about 6 hrs or so by myself had i not had part issue. Good paint job, pretty sturdy although no hard winds yet. Definitely would buy again and customer service was top notch

This is a masterpiece of engineering, you can tell that they did a lot of brainstorming. Covered all the bases: Sturdy, when it's all together, it's very sturdy. Description says it will withstand 60mph winds and I believe it. Construction: pieces are precise and well identified, fit together perfectly and all the bolt holes lined up. Here's something you need to know and prepare for: the instructions look like they were written by engineers, no words, just pictographs. You have to think like an engineer, this means you have to have mechanical instincts and good common sense. If you do, it'll be a piece of cake to put together, if not, you may have some issues. All in all, I had fun putting it together (I had a friend help hold it while I connected the top beams to the posts. Other than that I was on my own) and I absolutely love the finished product!
