This was either a re-pack or the packing material is worthless. All the "solid" formed packing pieces were broken and falling apart into pieces of foam material. Un-packing was very messy with white foams bits flying everywhere. Luckily the cart itself was undamaged. Several points related to the Ratings: 1) (Category-assembly) -- in order to "lock" the cart into the opened position, you have to press down HARD on the middle shelf, to enable the latch to fit over the bolt. This was not explained in the meager instructions. Once you place the latch properly, you can engage the lock into place. 2) (category: assembly) -- the wrench provided was thin and it was not easy to turn and tighten the wheel bolts. Use a small adjustable wrench if you have one. 3) (category: sturdiness) -- We DID wheel the empty cart on a rug and it moved nicely, but we have yet to test it with all three shelves filled with full pots and bowls of food. That will be the real test of whether this cart can hold up to the weight and move easily. 4) (category-small places) -- The cart collapses down to about a 7 inch thickness. This appears to be good enough to store the cart in a designated storage area. However, the cart has no latch to hold it collapsed. So, until the manufacturer re-designs this "feature", you may have to use some rope or long bungi cord to keep the collapsed cart tight. We will reply with an update to the sturdiness rating after we put it to the real test.

The first cart I received came majorly dented. Company went back and forth with me a few times but finally was able to resolve and get me a new one quickly. The company was good with responding and I love that the cart folds. I wish the wood was a bit more polished/smoother but have to say I’m happy with it!! I would definitely recommend it

The wheels could be bigger to roll over throw rugs. Use it to transfer groceries into home. Older now so we use it to move pots of water from sink to stovetop. The top lip (2”) is just right to keep stuff from rolling off. Should have bought it years ago. Recommended.
