I got the one that is a combination Gazebo/Pergola. Unlike others I didn't have any issues with broken roof panels so seller may have fixed this issue. Overall pretty study and easy to assemble. Just go slow, look at the drawings carefully. I tightened screws in phases, first loosely fitting the framing around the pillars, tightening those pieces, then doing the roofing, to include the panels, then going back in for a final tightening on the roof. Having roof framing somewhat loose made panels slide in easy. Screws will strip super easy so go slow getting them threaded correctly, I was able to use a impact hex driver for the final tightening. Curious to see how it holds up over time, but great value for the money. Middle of netting goes on pillars

The other reviews cover most of the points that are important regarding this purchase. I consider this a good purchase for the cost. The best advice was to make sure the bolts are not tightened until the gazebo is complete. This allows you to adjust the structure when parts don't fit quite right. Customer service does a good job trying to satisfy the customer. I gave up on trying to get the roof tiles that were undamaged after the first round to replacements. There were two tiles where the damage was noticeable. The price of this gazebo is much lower than you'd pay for other similar types of gazebos. However, the lower cost is offset by the amount of time required to put the structure together. Overall, a good purchase for your money.

I bought this product in June. We had to build a concrete patio to put the gazebo on. We finally did that in July. It took my husband and son 2 days to build it. Instructions was good and all the pairs came intact. Just love it. We sit here mornings and evenings. Now that the weather is getting cooler it's beautiful. Thanks to all the prior reviews that made my decision easier. A must buy.

I would have given this 4 1/2 stars, but could not figure out how to do that. It came quick. 2 very heavy boxes. So many parts! Assembly was a bit tricky but we were able to get it put together with only 2 people over 2 days (we took our time, working about 4 hours per day). My advice is to follow the first thing they tell you, which is "DO Not Tighten the Bolts Until the End." Ours came in with 1 roof panel in the wrong color. I had a replacement panel in my hands in a few days. They were quick to respond, polite, and very helpful. It's a very sturdy gazebo and looks beautiful in my yard. I recommend disregarding the one star review (like I did, they had me at the red roof :) and purchasing this if you are considering it. We are glad we did!

I would recommend that you have at least three people to assemble this. It took us at least 6 hours to assemble this. It is a beautiful gazebo. very good for the price.

Where to start . The unit arrived in two boxes roughly 130 lbs each. The box containing the roof panels had a box steel frame for protection and yet six panels were damaged. About the panels. We chose the red. They are not bright red as shown, they are maroon and flat; not at all shiny. The underside is white. The material, composite, was instantly familiar to me from the commercial sign industry. The outer and inner layers are a very thin aluminum. The core is a compressed material held together by the outer layers. Just over an eigth of an inch. It is solid, no light gets through. A word of caution, the panels will break easily. If they are bent trying to straighten it will cause it to break. When removing the protective film keep your free hand close and press down as you are removing it. This will take a lot of time ! Slow down at the corners ! Many of the roof channels were pinched and had to be re-gapped. The bolts are cheap and the threaded holes will strip: don't force it. I chose to use conventional concrete anchors 3/8's x 2 1/4". I had to enlarge the holes in the anchor plates. I paid $749 for the unit. While I was waiting for replacement panels which by the way arrived broken, the price went down to $533. As of this review I see it is now $499. Maybe they will be giving it away soon. Too many things had to be "fixed". Overall it was a simple build. I just didn't like all fixes I had to endure. I should have returned it. Looking back, I should have bought the one in BIG LOTS for $1100. At least I saw what I was getting. Normally I am very satisfied with just about everything I have ever gotten from Amazon. Not this time. I just hope it lasts because the owners manual tells you to completely disassemble the unit in the event of bad weather. Not kidding. Update May 23, 2023 Again the last two panels arrived and both were broken. I now have a collection of useless panels. The seller acknowledged and apologized for all the inconvenience and offered to send box 'B' containing all the roof panels. That first box, well protected, had six broken panels. Four broken panels in the second shipment. I'm beginning to think that I am a glutton for punishment. Update July 18, 2023 The gazebo has been up for some time now and yesterday it survived not one but two straight-line wind storms at 50+ mph at different times of the day. Even the curtains, tied in place, were not effected. Now I'm impressed. That was an issue given the warning in the instructions. The support team has been helpful along the way. I would change the rating to 4 stars.

I bought this gazebo for my wedding but some parts were damaged I immediately contacted the company regarding this and they send me the complete kit for my roof. Although a little late after the wedding I want to thank Mellon . Great customer service. I will definitely recommend As a matter of fact told my neighbors and they both bought for their vacation home.

All the parts were there but the bolts and nuts should be stronger. More time should have gone into the directions. When putting up the curtains and net the direction should read “wide seams go to the middle post” The roof I’m not sure yet I’ll let you know after the winter.
