I am absolutely blown away by the beauty of this gazebo and its sturdiness. If you’re looking for excellent quality AND aesthetic, this is it!! Plus the fact that its dimensions are 22x12 was so great, I couldn’t find that many that were those dimensions. They’re usually 20x12. It fits perfectly on my 25x13 patio. It comfortably fits 2 different zones. I have a lounge zone with a fire pit and a second dining zone with a dining table and 8 seats. Plenty of room to go around. The curtains are so lovely, I haven’t had a chance to get their full use yet because by the time we finished the project, it was a bit cold to be outside for too long and we wouldn’t need the curtains anyway. It does provide perfect shade. That patio always gets direct sunlight so it’s much more comfortable now when we want to sit in it. I’d also say it’s PERFECTLY private, another huge reason we bought the gazebo. All the parts were there, nothing was missing. The only thing I’d say is I wish they’d send extra screws just in case. We ended up having to buy some more of the number 1’s and they’re like $2.25 EACH. So just be careful not to lose your stuff. All in all, perfect functionality, it’s beautiful and reeeeally elevates our backyard. If you’re on the fence, buy it!

First of all I have found zero reviews for the 12 x 20 model so I am happy to provide this to a potential customer. I wanted something huge and permanent or at least to last for years with minor upkeep. I am actually having another installed behind this one to make a 24x20 covered patio. Fans hanging from the hooks, a light, and a projector with a screen attached to the frame. Add patio string lights around the border and it can’t be beat. Maybe I’ll update when I complete that. Quality: no parts came bent. The roof panels are not as thick as I thought they would be or as described. They are thinner metal that does have a little give to them, but they should hold up with the coating on them. Everything else is pretty solid. Should last for 10+ years if well taken care of. Install: I had a professional installer come out this beast together. Lots of pieces and tedious, 2 person labor to put this thing up. They did it in 10 hours. Mind you they do those all the time, so they are systematic and well past beginner stage. I would have struggled and taken much longer. I was happy to pay $500. Sturdiness: if you grab it and give it a good shake, there is minimal sway. Note, I didn’t want the middle poles to be installed. The front one blocks the walkway and it’s where I will mount the projector screen which will be viewed from both sides. The back middle pole will be in the center of the 24x20 covering which will totally be in the way. So the next gazebo will not have a middle pole in the front so the middle floor of the patio will be wide open. I will have the back middle pole installed to give extra support. Also I’m no engineer but feel that both gazebos connected to each other should be sufficient. I plan on connecting them via bolts bracing the rain gutters together and adding something like flex seal for no leaks. Overall: you can’t find much this big, that looks this nice, and that’s mostly permanent. Besides having a landscaping or handyman company come build a wood cover of this size, costing 12-16k, this is a great alternative. 2 of these will run about $7500 plus $1000 to install. $8500. When you do the math, accounting for wood prices and you see it is cost effective. I could have done wood but I potentially could have paid double. Time will tell if this lasts. For now we will enjoy it.

First off…the seller really stepped up and provided excellent service when replacement parts were needed. The gazebo is very nice looking and very well constructed for an RTA piece. There is one step in the assembly process that definitely requires 2 or more able bodied people who are comfortable on a ladder. The roof structure is not easy at all, so be warned. You absolutely cannot assemble the roof structure without proper support. Aligning it and getting it at the proper height is a serious issue without proper help. You need two ladders for sure. One of which should be at least 7 1/2 feet. If you can get this part done, the rest is tedious, but very doable. Be patient and do not tighten until all the roof panels are on. Instructions are fine. Boxes are large and very heavy. If you have the proper means to assamble it and take your time, it’s great. Very sturdy and nice looking.

This is an udated review to show the performance and the looks of this Gazebo..After some hicups and issues that were proffesionally and promptly resolved by the vendor, this gazebo was finally installed and it looks beautiful....It enhanced our backyard and I've been receiving nothing but positive comments..it is an amazingly beautiful product. It already overcame 8 days of constant rain without any leaks inside. The curtains are excellent quality and give the gazebo personality. VERY sturdy gazebo..the aluminum is pretty good quality and overcame stratches as well as weather factors. It was very complicated to put together. I hired 3 people to put it together. Some issues included bent panels and damaged corner and the vendor was more than willing to work with us and replace those parts. This is the 12x16 gazebo and it is extremelly beautiful once put together. The vendor was easy to work with and kept constant communication, this isna good sign that they take pride on gheir product and they back up the gazebo's quality. STURDY, BEAUTIFUL, ENHANCES OUR PATIO, has that WOW factor. Includes the curtains and mesh...comes with 3 hooks inside(roof) for lights and/or ceiling fans. Great quality. And it seems and feels like it will last many years. Yes..i had some issues with the delivery..some hicups..but thr vendor was very understanding, solved all my problems and the outcome is a beautiful high quality gazebo.
