All I had to replace the cover once . ** I Purchased This MELLCOM product about 7 month ego, I had a problems with it since day one, had missing pieces , some of the legs were damaged they had sent a second one came damaged and missing pieces as well, we managed to make of the two boxes we had received one gazebo out of them. we had a little bit of snow it crumbled down like Domino. the the metals on four sides snapped in half, the legs even though were anchored down came off when the top dropped down . ( lucky we weren't sitting underneath it.) our outdoor furniture's were damaged. it was waste of $309.99 plus tax

This product is very inferior in quality and will not last more a than a couple of months. It's made that way so when it falls apart and you need replacement parts, they will try to sell you a complete one . I'm sure the 4 and 5 star cannot be accurate and makes wonder who's writing those review. I wish someone had warn me, so buy AT YOU OWN RISK

Love our gazebos. We have 2 12x12 together making for a pretty large comfortable outside living space especially when we have company over. Certainly during these COVID times to maintain distance. We get so many compliments even from neighbors. We use one end for our projector screen. The second gazebo did take some work to make it usable because it came with several blended parts that we had to get repaired eventually to use it but after contacting the seller, they reacted quickly and sent us a replacement while letting us keep the old one that now gives us our larger space after repairs. It’s been up during rain storms here in Maryland and hasn’t faltered. We have lost a few tents in the past due to storm and wind damage. So we are more careful with these. First we use sandbags for a wide leg gazebo, then when we know there is a bad storm coming that will dump a lot of rain for a couple of days and high winds we just unzip our curtains gather them together and pop the clamps that hold the roof gather that so no rain puddles on the fabric. It’s an easy fix that’s worth it so we don’t lose any more gazebos. Works every time.

It was a little harder to assemble than what we expected. Once the canopy was up we are now able to enjoy the outside with out the annoyance of flying insects. We are now enjoying our family time meals outside, visits with family and friends. And card games, much more.

Polyester top lasted about 1 year before tearing in the location in the photos above. This company does not sell replacement tops as an individual unit and there was no warranty past 30 days. I was offered a $10 refund by MELLCOM.

I have had nothing but problems with this product. The mesh was ripped at the zipper on 2 different pieces. A rain storm came through and destroyed this. It knocked it down, regardless of the stakes that were well put into the ground. NOw, the mental is bent, pieces have been ripped off the metal.
