IMPORTANT!!! The reviews and product descriptions can be misleading. There seem to be three products lumped together in the reviews and product descriptions; the 10x13 single roof, 10x13 double roof, and the 12x12 double roof. For example, the 12x12 has only one hanging hook not three. The review you're reading might not be for the item you're interested in. 1. First box arrived in four days. Three other boxes arrived two days later. All boxes received well ahead of the 12 to 19 days expected. 2. Although the boxes did not show any signs of being crushed or broken, some parts were bent slightly. They were minor and I was able to bend them back. The parts were probably sliding in the box. 3. I assembled most of it by myself and took about 15 hours over two days. When you are ready to stand the legs and continue assembling you will need three people to hold the legs (3). When you are ready for the roof inserts you will need one person to assist. Some locking tabs were difficult to insert (one took over half hour; others took only seconds). Some screws had to be loosened so that other screws and screw holes would align or parts align. 4. I feel it is a very sturdy construction. I am wary of rain seeping through the roof because of how it was designed. (I will try to give an update when the time comes).

This is really a two person job to do the roof. But up to that point you can put it together solo. Ready to anchor in the ground or to concrete. Very Happy with the purchase and everyone loves the addition.

We ordered the 12x12. Like others have said: Follow the directions in order. Don’t skip, don’t assume you know how to do it. Sort all your pieces first thing, have your tools ready and help when it comes to the roof panels. Took my husband about 5 hours by himself, then another hour with a friend to help install the lower roof panel. We also added a gutter system, and a fan. It’s wonderful!!

So happy with this purchase. Very sturdy This will last so much longer than the fabric tent-type gazebos. Well worth the price. My husband and I assembled it by ourselves (granted, he's an excellent handyman).

This went together like a dream. Every part was included and each part fit perfectly! We have already spent hours whiling away lazy summer days under its protection. The addition of a ceiling fan is vital in our hot summers. We wish that rain gutters were available for it to keep the rain from splashing inside. Other than the splashing the roof is watertight.

Beautiful awning! Packaging was ok, we had dented pieces that my husband had to fix. Took a VERY long time to assemble but we are overall happy with the results. Let’s hope the rain doesn’t leak through as the slits were very hard to make sure they were tight.

base of post were not correct and had to have machine shop cut taps to fit screw holes in posts. It took 3 days for 2 people to install. 2 1/2 if we did not have the problem with the wrong bases for the posts.

The looks and size are great. I dont like the methodology used to secure the side curtains and screens when open as it renders the screens and curtains permantly attached. Not the greatest for winter but I' figure out something .
