If you experience this you may have used too much. darker results = more sprays. we recommend starting w/ a light layer, let it dry completely then wait an hour or so before deciding to reapply. Why am I not seeing a color difference? you may not be using enough product (our skin types absorb some products differently) try using more/double coating. Or it may need longer to absorb: try leaving it on 6-8 hrs. also note the color develops more over the next 12-24 hrs after rinsing Will this break me out? We created this w/ the intent to be used on your face so its packed with skin loving ingredients & a bronzer-free formula so it wont clog pores. We always recommend doing a small patch test before using all over the body to see how the skin reacts Does it smell? All of our products are free from that nasty fake tan smell. Sometimes tanning actives working their magic can cause a smell on some certain skin types! After the allocated time of letting the tan set, any smell should disappear after rinsing. Do I need to rub it in to avoid splotches? Nope! Just be sure to spray at least 15cm away from your face evenly covering all areas. Let it dry & youā€™re good to go! If youā€™re particularly worried about it you can always lightly tap in the the mist with our applicator mitt just to be safe. I am a older lady, young at heart, and have had little success with Jergans face tanning cream (it irritates my skin) even though their other tanning products work very well for me. I decided to take a chance on b.tan and am very happy I did! It is very easy to apply: wash and dry your face then spray evenly with one or two sprays. I've used it on my face, arms and neck/chest area with great results overnight. The color is a warm tan, not a fake-dark or orange-y color like some other tanners.     • This stuff is MAGICAL!! Customer for life here!
I'll start by getting to the singular not great thing about this product: it isn't a huge "bang for your buck." HOWEVER, I've only been using it for 2 days, but I was so excited about it, that I just HAD to write a review to boost this item. So I'll update my review once the bottle is gone! Good stuff: 1) It's oh-so-light and the bottle' sprayer produces a perfect mist. Very important to stay 6" (15cm) away from skin or you will get uneven coverage. Also, don't press slowly. Press fast and hard to produce the perfect mist. 2) It dries almost immediately upon landing on the skin - refer to #1: you should barely feel it hitting your skin. If it "feels wet" or drips, you are spraying WAY too close to your skin. 3) You truly can move on to your regularly scheduled day without worrying about any kind of oily feeling, without fearing that you'll stain everything you touch, and without even really noticing it's there. A few tips: 1) DO put a light lotion on elbows, knees and other dry areas. 2) Do NOT rub it in. If you apply it properly, no rubbing necessary. Rubbing will only make it uneven and stain your hands! 3) DO BE PATIENT!! I learned this the wrong way. LOL. Pick a free day to experiment and get the hang of it. Color will develop after a few hours, but it *continues to develop* for a few more. Don't apply a second coat if you're not happy after the initial application. Give it at least 8 hours or overnight.     • Great product does the job
The product smells like a mystic tan, which I like. But itā€™s not strong and fades after spraying. I put my make up on over the spray within minutes and have no issues. This is a nice gradual tan. I saw a slight difference on the first application. Sprayed twice. Woke up the next day and have a nice glow to my face. All the other face tanners Iā€™ve used leaves a feeling like youā€™re wearing a mask. This spray feels like water and you do not feel anything. Highly recommend. I will buy again. This is apart of my makeup routine now. No more cover up foundation to make my skin more tan, I just spray once and this does this job instead and looks and feels much more natural. ... show more

    • Works as should.
It does give you color and the misting feature makes this easy. The smell is bad and lingers. In the winter I would wear your moisturizer under as it does dry and make face seem tight. The ease of it is nice and does give color .

I purchased the b.tan self tanner - you glow girl face tanner spritz and all I can say is WOW ! I've never used a product like this before and I was so surprised at how great it works and how nice the color is. It is SO easy to apply. Literally just close your eyes and spray. Don't rub it in, just let it dry and within an hour I had a nice glow. My family even mentioned how it looked like I was tan ! I had no face irritation , no strong smell and it wasn't sticky at all. GREAT product if you want a natural glow on your face. I'm already 3 days in and it still looks good with slight fading. I will definitely purchase again ! ... show more

    • Easiest Winter Tan EVER!
I love this stuff! It is SO easy to use. You spray it on your face in the same way you spray your make-up setting spray. Iā€™ve used it on other parts of my body as well, but I usually just use it on my face. I started using it during those winter months when I felt I was missing the little bit of color on my face from the summer months. However, around the same time, I came to the realization that the little bit of color that my face was getting from the sun was really beginning to contribute to my skin looking more and more aged. So as I began wearing a good sunscreen on my face daily, my face was staying very ā€œpaleā€ while the rest of me would get a little sun (because itā€™s just inevitable in Texas!) This is the perfect product to keep my face looking like it belongs with my body, while still reducing sun-damage and all that comes with that. I use it every few days, right after I wash my face, and then continue with my normal skin care routine. You could easily use a little more and use it daily for a deeper tan look (Iā€™ve done it for specific occasions). I highly recommend this product if you are like me and have come to terms with what weā€™ve known deep down for yearsā€¦that the ā€œhealthy glowā€ isnā€™t really healthy at all! ... show more

if you have fair skin, you will love this product. definitely does the job and is easy to apply out of the shower. its a bit orange for me but im as pale as paper. if you have a darker skin tone im not sure it would be noticeable at first but it would probably give the skin a nice glow. if you have dry skin or sensitive skin like me, it made me a bit itchu and tingly the first few applications but no break outs or patches of dry skin after i started using moisturizer under it. ... show more
