The couch and ottoman came boxed separately and the box with the sofa had everything but the ottoman, as it came in a separate box. The setup was fairly straightforward but after assembly, there were no armrests. This entire purchase was solely for a place for an elderly person to rest their arms as they are disabled and need surgery on their shoulder. I’d have posted a picture of the armrests, but there aren’t any (case in point). If made right, I’ll update the review, but until then, a big ol’ One Star rating is all you get. ... show more

It's the perfect size for a small living room. The sofa is pretty firm but not uncomfortable. Two issues I have are that the cup holders are a little small and the bolts that hold the two pieces of the sofa together do not stay tight so the two pieces dont stay aligned. But overall worth the price.

I have a small office and I was looking for furniture to add in here so guests can sit down. I found this loveseat and it was perfect, it can be transformed into a bed for little kids, it has cup holders and even removable side pillows. I was impressed with the quality of it and the shipping. The box came in a small box and I was shocked how is this possible. I opened it up and to my surprise they managed to pack the pillows and all the tools with the wooden legs in two of the cushions, underneath zippered up in a secret storage area. I actually liked the secret storage as I can hide more then ever before in my office. I do like the firmness, and it's a pretty firm couch, I do wish there was a little more cushion!
