Perfectly packaged, attentive customer support offered without asking, solid quality materials and hardware, great instructions. Able to assemble by myself, only a couple of steps where instructions say two people are necessary but can be done with one person carefully. Mattress fully expands over a couple days, nice mattress. Large drawers can easily hold bedding and pillows. Great for extra sleeping accommodations in a home office. Happy I chose this product as there are lots of less expensive alternatives on Amazon, but the quality of this cabinet chest bed is well worth it in my opinion. For example, other models have small casters to support the fold-out sections, while this model has sturdy solid legs that unfold, there's no question if the sections will hold the weight of two adults with this model. The solid wood materials and quality hardware also differentiate this model from the others. One tip for assembly is to use a 1/16" drill only about a quarter inch deep for pilot holes for all the screws, makes assembly of all the hardware a lot easier.

I'm very impressed with every detail of the transaction and the cool murphy bed itself. The bed is well-made, very sturdy, and made of absolutely REAL wood and built to last - none of the pressed board / MDF stuff. The instructions you get are very clear, and everything in their kit is laid out beautifully to build from start to finish. Mega Solutions clearly cares about their product, shipping, and the customer experience here and has put a lot of thought into how everything is organized and laid out. They even called me the day after I ordered to explain exactly how everything would be delivered, when to expect it, and what to expect on opening it - and it played out exactly as they said. Very fast shipping in my case, and the skid you get has 3 cases on it that can fit nicely through narrow doorways to be assembled. Pretty easy to assemble as long as you follow the instructions, and I think I did it in about 3hrs on my own. The end result is exactly the dimensions they said and it looks very cool, but do be prepared that it looks pretty big in a 15x15 room if that's where you're putting it. I'm very pleased with every part of the purchase and buying from Mega Solutions, and this was exactly what I needed. I'm ecstatic with the beautiful, well-designed, durable bed I have as the end-result. If you want a murphy bed, I'd highly recommend this one, and I'd definitely buy from Mega Solutions again.

Very happy with quality of wood. Was pretty easy to assemble. Pins to hold top to bottom didn’t line up but was not enough to cause a problem. One bag of screws was missing. Called company and they sent right out. Could still assemble without them as they were just strap screws (I.e. last step). Massage was very comfortable for our guests.

Beautiful, well made and easy to convert to a bed. It has a huge storage drawer on the bottom. It comes with a tri-fold mattress that is so comfortable! It was the perfect solution for our small space. My husband assembled in less than 2 hours. He only needed a second assist once to line up dowels.

The item shipped faster than expected, was well packaged against the elements and possible damage. Customer service was exceptional, immediately calling to thank us for the order and explain how the item would be packaged and sent. It does take about 1-2 hours to put together, that is mainly due to placing the correct screws in the right locations. Once that is done, the item easily is put together. It is easy to pull out into a bed and back into the cabinet, one person can do it. Solid wood, beautiful color. Overall excellent product, I couldn’t have wished for a better Christmas present.

We absolutely love our Murphy bed. It was shipped quickly and was packaged very well in 4 boxes. Each part was labeled and the hardware was all packaged separately and well marked so there was no guessing which screw or hinge or handle to use in each step of the directions. For the most part the directions were easy to follow. It did take two people several hours to put this together. The finished bed is very sturdy, easy to set up and fold back away, and the mattress is very comfortable.

This piece of furniture is top notch! It is made with quality wood and all the parts to assemble were also of great quality. The customer service was what I would classify as above and beyond. I placed the order on a Friday night and on Saturday afternoon the seller contacted me to confirm my order and delivery address and share info about the product with me.
