This was exactly what I needed for my natural nails so that they wouldn’t be damaged but I could buff off nail adhesive easily and thoroughly. Most of block is the stronger grit with only one side and the ends for smoothing.

I've also tried different cardboard files from Sally's Beauty Supply and some from Ultra, my sad nail rebel every time I use other products. Or very well, I like these much better than the flat ones easier to hold. Had four different grains of sandpaper for nails. One of which was a buffer. So you had everything you need in one little square.
