I have now purchased two of these chairs. I originally purchased one because I have some health issues that require help in getting in and out of a chair. I just recently purchased a second one for my home. The chair does what I need it to do. There are some things I would change. The cushions need improvement, especially the back cushion.     • Amazon has the delivery time all WRONG!
Chair was ordered October 2nd, however it was not delivered & setup, till late Friday November 27th...just a tad bit more than 30 days now isn't it? This chair is NOT the most ideal for a person with both legs AND one or both shoulders messed up. Transferring from a power chair or wheel chair to this chair is quite a feat. Once on the chair, I feel very safe & comfortable in any position. I just wish the chair arms were a bit softer...just too rigid for my taste. If you have wi-fi inside, you may find that when chair is positioned in upright condition, you may find the chair will cause wi-fi to go squarely ... show more

The delivery company call you to reschedule. And post to call that day and don't call for that appointment.

    • Don't use Mega Motion.
The worst service in the history of service. The chair broke after six months of use. It was totally unusable. I contacted the company and told them I was a disabled veteran and relied on the chair as I can't get out of a conventional chair. It has now been one month since I first contacted them. I have been referred to at least two middlemen all with same story of back ordered parts. This is a $1,200.00 chair that broke when I wasn't sitting in at the time. I will be contacting the BBB and attorney general to report them. ... show more

BackStore worked hard on our behalf to get the new chair repaired in home. I recommend the "White Glove" delivery and set up in home service to be the way to go. MegaMotion factory Tech support was excellent as well.

My husband is a big guy and he can't get comfortable, you'd think the chair would be bigger since it has a higher weight capacity!!
