This is a great chair! Strong, works well, Durable, love the recline, great if you need to go to doctors and have a hard time transferring from chair to table you can lay out flat. I had to have an ultrasound of front of throat and this was great. ( would not be if you needed to roll over )

    • Slightly higher seat height.
This seemed like a quality product, but it did not work for my mom because she scoots with her feet, and the seat was higher than a typical wheelchair, and she couldn't get enough traction to move it. Another point is the reclining mechanism for the back is only available from the back handles of the wheelchair, the passenger cannot really recline or return the chair upright by themselves. My mom is only about 5"1', so a larger person, or someone who uses their arms to move, might not be bothered by the seat height. ... show more

Bought this for my mom. She needed a new chair that reclined since she sleep sometimes in her chair. Only issue we have is getting it through the doors.

It is a good product that is smooth- riding and had various settings for it to recline. The back is longer than a standard wheelchair, which helps when someone needs to be transported in a reclining position. It is easy to add and remove the foot rests. The extra length of the back of the wheelchair, however, proved to make it difficult for a petite lady to load it in her car's trunk by herself. ... show more

Vendor never fulfilled order. Vendor initially claimed wheelchair was being delivered by third party delivery company. After I inquired about long delivery delay, vendor just cancelled order without explanation. Complained to Amazon about vendor. Later ordered same wheelchair from Walmart for about same price.     • Good product, but not made well
This is a great chair in theory. I love the high back, the height of the seat, and the ability to recline. However, the leg rest got stuck one day. It took a while to be able to lift and lower it again. Now the chair won’t recline. I love the chair but I’m really disappointed that the main feature I bought it for stopped working after a little over a month (and we don’t use it every day.. more like once a week for a visit to the doctor). Seems like it just isn’t made well and not worth the price if it won’t work as intended. Super disappointing. I tried contacting the company but received no response. ... show more
