However, this toaster is so powerful, the settings must be played with for maximum effect. After burning several pieces of bread, the seller suggested that I use the gluten free setting which cuts off 20 seconds earlier. Apparently, using this setting reduces the toasting time by (+/-) 20%. After several back and forths with the seller (during which time I was offered a replacement), I finally managed a really nice pair of toasted slices, the seller granted me a partial refund on top of it all for any inconvenience. Very nice move. Classy. Thank you. I can't give the toaster 5 stars because the higher settings are just too hot; even on the gluten free setting, but since I have found the perfect sweet spot, it goes no lower than 4, well deserved stars. The eveness of both sides of the bread is truly a sight to behold, especially since several of the higher end brands can't achieve this. I searched YouTube and for all the bells and whistles on much more expensive brands, this one is the standout. This is all the money you'll need to spend. ... show more

I liked the product and features but was disappointed that the bagel setting burnt the outside of the bagel when toasting the inside properly. Returned it for a different model that clearly said it toasts the inside but only warms the outside.

I love how it has over 12 diffrent crust and breads you can choose. Makes life easy. Just not the best for super thin slices.

I like my new toaster. I did have to toast 3 different pieces of bread until I found the level of toasting I liked. Once I found out that I like level one, it was perfect. I will enjoy the touch screen. I highly recommend this product.

    • Middle elements don't heat. Overall construction flimsy.
Just unboxed it and tried to make toast. The middle elements do not heat up on any setting. The cute gimmick of the controls (pictures of toast) is the most durable seeming part of this toaster. I'm letting it cool, so I can box it up and take it over to the UPS store to return.
