Packaging was first rate as were instructions but I had a few issues. 1. The water reservoir kept leaking. I removed the red tab per instructions and it was seated correctly but still leaked. 2. The porta filters were air and water tight. A pattern for pin holes but no pinholes. I held both filters up to a strong light and also tried blowing through them. No air or light passes, let alone water. This caused the water to overflow the filter basket instead of filtering through. I returned for a replacement. If the replacement has the same problems, I’ll save up for a better machine. UPDATE: Received my replacement machine and so far water reservoir is not leaking and I can see a pinhole in the center of the filter basket. Upon research I discovered that these types of home machines only have one pinhole. Anyhow no leaking and made a decent latte. Kudos to the seller for immediately offering a refund when I told them about my first machine’s issues. Again… packaging is A+++ Well I spoke too soon 😕. Water reservoir LEAKS on second machine! not when it’s sitting doing nothing but as soon as I make a cup … big puddle of water on my countertop. Unacceptable at this price. Back it goes.

I needed to purchase a smaller espresso machine for my kitchen. Works and makes the best espresso! Easy to use one cup @ a time. Initially I was hesitant to buy it because it was an off brand. So happy I did and absolutely got a bang for my buck!

I purchased this machine after reading their website info and instructions on ease of use. These instructions were easy to understand, and I appreciate their commitment to customer service. The machine size itself is another reason to replace my other machines. I had used an expensive barista machine for 15 years and switched to another popular expensive machine the past 8 years, both took up larger countertop space. Not only does this machine use less space, the 20 bar pressure system makes the finest expresso shots I have ever been able to do at home. I absolutely love this machine. Of course, I had questions, and customer service was quickly able to answer them and ease any concerns. I trust them and trust this machine will grace my home for years to come.

First of all, the name of the machine is misleading: "Professional Cappuccino Maker". I am not sure what part is "professional" about this machine. Pros: - It does the job well when it works. I does make cappuccino and mocha and I like the frother. This machine makes my start of the day wonderful. - It's compact. It doesn't take space which is really what I need since my kitchen is not big. Cons: - Only works for 3 weeks. After that it leaks, the knobs keep blinking, etc. It just doesn't work and I don't know why. - It's a bit "light" so it isn't stable. I need to hold it with one hand whenever I try to use it. Overall, this machine doesn't worth the money. Yes, it works and does the job but not for long.

I was so excited to find this outside my front door. I read the quick start guide and that was very helpful. Made the first “cup”’and it was wonderful. Coffee is soooo much better made this way than the pour over I’ve used. I’m not a daily coffee drinker but when I drink it I want to thoroughly enjoy it. I also use spring fed water that we literally go get and low acid, no mold coffee. Tasting the difference after making coffee with this unit made a good cup of coffee great. I love how easily it fit in the kitchen counter and it’s truly portable. I didn’t want to spend 100’s of dollars on a unit and found this one and I’m very happy with it.
