The chair is beautiful! Seems well made, has a lot of really nice features, works great and only took two of us about 30 minutes to put it together. The assembly is pretty straightforward, mostly plug and play but don't forget to install the two stabilizer feet in the bottom back using the included bolts and wing nuts.The color is a darker navy blue than it appears in their pictures. I only wish the lights on the motion remote could be turned off. Shipping was a little touch and go. It left the warehouse, then sat for 6 days with no movement. MCombo apologized and sent another chair from a closer warehouse. The original chair suddenly moved from Tracy California to Orlando Florida and arrived via FedEx the next day. We still kept receiving delivery alerts for the second chair until MCombo told FedEx to return the second chair to them. It all worked out in the end but, the shipping was very stressful. This chair arrived in three boxes and is very heavy, the heaviest box weighs over 100 pounds. Make sure you have help getting it inside and assembling the chair! ... show more

Very happy with my new recliner! I’ve had it a bit over 2 weeks and everything is perfect! The chair is very well built and all functions work perfectly. It certainly reclines very well for sleeping - in fact, I have been getting better sleep now than I have in years! I love the size - there’s room for my large kitty to share it with me - she loves it too - and it’s still nice and cosy for me! The heat and massage functions are wonderful - helps with my back pain and also helps me to relax and go to sleep as it has automatic turn off after 30 minutes. It is very sturdy and is a great value. It came within the allotted timeframe and there was no shipping charge. I would definitely buy it again and can highly recommend it as an excellent product with great workmanship. Also love the color and the high quality of the upholstery. While this isn't one of those super high end chairs, I feel like you're definitely getting your money's worth with this one. It's comfortable, looks nice and the mechanisms work as they should. It's good to note that you have the option to purchase this chair with 1, 2 or 3 motors. Choosing the 2 or 3 motor options allows for the ability to raise the footrest (ottoman) separately from the recliner... meaning you can sit upright with your feet up instead of having to recline when you want you feet up as what happens when you only have a single motor unit. I also suggest you get a plugin surge protector for the chair because it is indeed an electronic item that is just as susceptible to power surges as your TV or refrigerator. ... show more

We love the chair! We have purchased 3! I am disabled. This chair is my daily chair and sleeping chair. So I am a heavy user. I have worn the dual motors out. This is not at fault of the manufacturer. We simply want to purchase replacement motors. My son in law has swapped the worn motors with functional motor from the less used chair. So we know the motor can be replaced to resolve issue. The customer service at McComb is nonexistent! I have called multiple times and informed to email my needs to [email protected] . Multiple emails sent. Addition calls to be informed they are “just customer service” and cannot help. We do not want a new chair, we do Not want the motor at no charge! We want to pay for the parts! Just need to know how and how much! Writing hoping Amazon can assist. We consider ourselves loyal customers! We have three of the chairs in our home! We just need assistance! ... show more

The chair is a wonderful chair when it comes to providing support to stroke patient suffering weakness, and is in need of support. Despite the above, there is a potential safety concern regarding the power supply cord's position beneath the chair. In our chair, the wire got caught up in the mechanism made of metallic parts, got pinched, sparked, and of course the chair was rendered powerless. After examining the cord, it is clear this could have happened three previous time, as the cord shows indication of pinching that did not result in breakage of wire, indicating a potential of recurrence unless a design change is made in respect to this issue. I did not see how to address this under product support as there were no categories for it. ... show more
