Before buying I seen a lot of reviews stating that assembly was difficult, I did not find this an issue. Yes it only gives you pictures but I followed it one by one and had no problems. If you are looking for a soft chair this is not for you. However I have had back surgery and needed something quite firm for back support and this does it. The ottoman seems a bit tall for the seat though. Time will tell as far as the material holding up, I’ve had it less than a week. It arrived when they said it would, packaged well, no scuffs or damage. As for the massage part, I didn’t really buy it for that purpose so it is not an issue for me but if you’re looking for a good massage chair keep looking this is not for you. It vibrates only. It’s actually more annoying. As I said I was only looking for back support which our expensive reclining sofa and chair does not do that but with this I can recline a little and still keep my back supported. I have changeymy rating on this chair down to a one star since posting. After 2 months the cheap foam in the seat has sunk down where my back no longer hits where it originally did making it extremely uncomfortable and very difficult for me to stand and walk after sitting in. The box has since been destroyed and too much for me to take apart and send back. Buyer beware!

I received my chair today, 2/3/21, it came a day early which was great. When I opened the box my mind was boggled, but as I started to remove the items I found that this chair wouldn't be so hard to assemble as some folks said. It was basically easy to assemble except for the back. Tried to assemble it the way the directions showed but that didn't work out so great. My wife, who is 86, helped me as much as she could. It does require two people for ease of assembly! The two pins for attaching the back needs to be completed first then the side screws. The chair is a great height and is very comfortable to sit in.

Quick and easy to assemble. Surprisingly comfortable and soothing massager. It looks much more expensive and could easily be mistaken for leather. I love the color and design. Bought this for guest room and couldn’t wait til my guest left to enjoy the massage features.

I used a recliner and I couldn't sit in for no more than 30 minutes due to ciatica and and a injured knee. I bought this chair and I love it! It sits higher, a little firmer it does not bother my back and easy to get out of it without knee pain!

After looking at stressless chairs and seeing the price ( $1800-$3000) I gave this one a shot..I couldn't be happier..I set it up in 15 minutes..was a little hard at first, but breaking in nicely! Saved a ton of money and super fast delivery..everyone loves it..highly recommend

It was easy to assemble and it's very comfortable. You can adjust the tilt and swivel to accommodate any need. For the money, it's a great deal! If I get three to five years use out of it, I'm a happy camper. It's used on a screened lanai in central Florida, so vinyl makes sense. It'll be exposed to rain and lots of humidity.
