The sofa is as beautiful as it appears on screen. The cushions are firm. The fabric feels and looks like velvet. It picks up lint. I'll want to use a lint brush on it. I'm a 67f and I was able to bring the boxes in from the driveway and assemble the sofa and loveseat by myself, but I am pretty strong for an old lady. Ha! It would be better to have two people. The instructions are very good and I was never confused. The only drawback is that because they are sections, there are small gaps between the pieces that are visible and things like remotes can slip inside and fall through. The fabric is very soft and doesn't show where you've sat on your lazy behind for hours, haha. The heat is good, but it shuts off automatically in a fairly short time. The massage feature is nice. They recline far enough to fall asleep, but they do not go flat if that's what you need. So, not totally perfect, but I would purchase them again given the other options I've seen. ... show more

The cords to plug the couch in are pretty long, making it possible for me to use the power feature without an outlet directly behind the couch. It’s comfy and the fabric is soft to the touch. It was pretty easy to put together. The reclining feature is super quiet. The massage/vibrate feature is pretty loud, but that’s ok. I love my new couch. The heat works great, it is built sturdy. The only complaint I can think of is the instructions are in box 3. So I started putting it together before I had the instructions, which made it a lot harder putting it together. So when you buy, the instructions are in box 3.

Nice, dark brown color. You do need 2 people to assemble. Relatively easy instructions, but you need to have that skill set. I don't, so had a neighbor help and he had no problem. It worked perfectly right away. I'm 5'1" and it fits my short legs and back. Love the massage and heat features especially, plus the pockets for the controls and cup holders.
