This chair is awesome! It is large, which is exactly what I was looking for. So many of the lift chairs under $1500 are quite small if you really pay attention to the dimensions. Especially once you get under $1k, the chairs get tiny! I was using mine for recovery from surgery, and I knew I'd be sleeping in it for at least 4 weeks. I wanted a chair that was super comfy and long enough that none of me would be hanging off of it. I'm only 5' 4", but I sleep with my arms over my head, and I can't stand for my arms to hang off. Plus I thought I was going to be using a pillow under my head and I didn't want any part of my pillow hanging off the chair while I slept. So I was looking for a chair that was made for someone more like 6' 4". Turns out I didn't need a pillow though; the head cushion on this chair is overstuffed and there is no need for an additional pillow for the head. (I do recommend a neck pillow like used for airplane travel though to keep your neck in proper alignment while sleeping inclined.) This chair is great. So plush and comfortable. I have an extremely high quality mattress on my bed that I was quite concerned that I was really going to miss during the time of sleeping in my chair. But not at all! This chair is so comfy that I took extra time before transitioning back to my bed. I stayed in the chair an extra two weeks by choice! Customer service is tops too! My chair arrived missing a small connector cord that powered the USB chargers on the chair. Customer service always responded same day to any message I sent, and spared no expense getting it taken care of super fast. I especially liked the cup holders and used them for holding various items, not just drinks. The foot and head are not controlled independently from each other if that's something you need. I considered that a nice-to-have but not a deal breaker for me. My main concerns were that the chair was tall and long, and that I'd be able to sleep in it. Also the chair has heat and massage. I used those every night to get relaxed before falling asleep. The massage is a concentrated vibration; it's gentle enough that it doesn't hurt post-surgery, but firm enough to feel relaxing on the muscles. I started using this chair Nov 1 2021, and it's now Feb 1 2022, and even with me using it every day during this time, plus my kids use it when I'm not in it, it still looks like it's in mint condition. The leather is holding up well. If you are looking for a very nice, large, cushy lift chair, but don't have $3k to drop on a La-Z-Boy, give this one a try.

First, the installation is dummy proof. Instructions are short, but clear and to the point. These chairs are firm, so if looking for a chair where you sink in, this is not for you. Contrary to some comments the heat works so good, accidentally turned it on and I was getting hot. Massage features work but is mediocre and not the primary reason for purchase, so use your judgement. 4 stars because it is a good product and not had it long enough to see if motor holds up.

Got this for my spouse who was having difficulty getting up from seating. He absolutely loves his new chair. Side pockets, control pockets on front of armrests, usb ports. Cup holders on both arms allow him to have most of what he needs but he is delighted he doesn’t have to fight to get off his seat. Looks great and sits great!

My mother got weaker and was unable to get out of her recliner. We ordered the smallest version of this chair for her. She is now under 5’ tall and the regular sized recliners are uncomfortable for her. This chair is beyond our expectations in comfort, style, and function. If you are looking for a power recliner for a petite person, this is a wonderful option.

The delivery was confusing with one package left at the door , so I assumed the other two would arrive later , but no they were placed out of sight on my driveway where they sat in the over night rain .... Luckily the parts inside are covered by plastic. Assembly was complicated by a bent side arm slide which required repair , but went together easily enough. One of the two (2) USB connections is not delivering power so that needs some repair. * After contacting the seller they sent a replacement RH arm with USB sockets - great responsiveness Seat quality of material seems good , and very quiet in operation , with the lift and recline sure to be a benefit as I recover from upcoming knee replacement surgery. Massage function is OK , not at the same level as my massage chair , but good to have and the option was too much more over the base seat I am 5' 8" 200lbs and the Large seat was the right choice especially when folded flat .... See how we get on over the next few months ............
