First, the delivery of this four-wheel scooter was quick, and the packaging was very good - not a scratch on it. The assembly and components are solid and fit together perfectly. The finishes are beautiful, too. The armrests were missing from the original box, which I reported to the seller, MCombo, right away. They were so courteous and apologetic, promising to send the parts asap -- and, indeed, they arrived (perfect and well-packed, again) just 5 days later! I shopped for a long time before deciding that this scooter was the right choice for me to use within our senior mobile home park. The generous ground clearance goes over the speed bumps easily, with room to spare. The top mph of barely under 5 mph is just right -- faster than needed, really. The 'floor space' is bigger than most of the more expensive scooters, which is great for when my Chiweenie is tired of walking and wants to ride along with me for awhile. I'd asked my son to put the scooter together for me, but we laughed when he had it unpacked and assembled in about 10 minutes! -- I could probably have done it myself in 15. It is not too bulky or heavy, either. We haven't tried loading it in the back of my Soul yet, but he said it would fit nicely. He also agrees with me that the quality build of this comparatively inexpensive scooter was a welcome surprise. Last, I highly recommend this Seller and this very sturdy, light-weight, scooter. Thanks to all for such a good experience and ride!

I really like it. It has worked great so far. It has great speed. It is nice a stable. I just wish it came it green. Also I wished it had tailgates. The headlight could be brighter.
