I needed a recliner for surgery (rotator cuff repair) and needed a comfortable place to recuperate. I could not have asked for a better solution! This chair is well built, but can be disassembled if you need to move it. The massage and heat features provided incredible relief to a sore aching body. The thoughtful inclusion of USB charging ports make it a perfect choice for someone with powered devices, like a tablet, phone or Kindle. The padding is excellent and the fabric is very comfortable. I'm 6' 220 lbs and this is the "Large" size. I had tried some of the smaller units and found they just were not comfortable. This one has an extension footrest that pops out once the chair is fully reclined. The positions are great for reading, watching and just resting. We had a minor issue with the controller for the massage feature, but the customer service people were excellent. They responded almost immediately and sent a replacement unit. It's so nice to see a company that stands behind their product! We had purchased the chair intending on reselling it at the end of my recovery, but by then my wife had fallen in love with it and it moved out of my office up into the livingroom to a permanent spot by the window. Pros: - reasonable price - high build quality - great features - easy assembly - extension "anti-tip" rubber feet - good range of colors - EXCELLENT post-sales customer support! Miy older chair has heat and vibration, but not as low as the foot rest, which massages the calves of my legs.l Very relaxing. I sleep the night away in comfort. I just celebrated miy 9es5th birthday, so greatly appreciate the lift ability. It makes it so much easier to stand. Oh my lord we love this chair. I have owned a number of recliners in my 73 years. But none were anywhere as good as this one. It is solid. The chair is very quiet when operated. is very comfortable. Cushions are plentiful and hit us in exactly the right spots. The upholstery is so soft. The massage feels wonderful as well as the heat. While we don't currently need the feature that helps you stand, it ertainly is nice to have it available. The 2 friends that helped us bring the cartins in and assembe the chair (too maybe 30 minutes) guessed the chair cost $3k! They eere amazed when informed what it cost. One sais he was ordering one himself! I have always liked to nap in my recliners, and the only small complaint I have is I wish this reclined just a tiny bit more. ... show more
