This recliner was purchased as a Christmas gift. We had a small hiccup when assembling, but customer service quickly remedied the situation, and the assembly was effortless. (No tools are required and very easy to follow directions. ) Great for talls. My son is 6'1", and I wanted to be sure his feet wouldn't over hang the foot rest, and this was a perfect fit. Loaded with features It has all the bells and whistles I was looking for in a recliner. Heat, massage, lumbar support, and an added bonus was the remote controlled adjustable head rest. It also fully recliners. The massage works from the shoulders all the way down to the calves, which is great for stimulating muscles and circulation. The chair lift feature is outstanding, it works smoothly, making standing effortless. The build I would have preferred leather, but the material and workmanship are excellent, and the chair looks expensive and presents well in our living room. Comfort The chair provides very comfortable, firm seating. The leatherette covering is very comfortable, and doesn't cause any issues with sweating or feeling overly warm Mechanics The components work smoothly. The massage feature is not silent, but not overly loud or annoying. (Low rumble). It comes with dual remote controls..one operates the movements for reclining/standing etc. The other controls heat and massage..they both light up and are very easy to read and operate. *The recliner also comes with a soft, washable pillow for your head. I'll start with my one complaint the USB C charging port is poorly designed. The actual port is set deep enough in the plastic that most of my USB C cables won't fit. It is low power enough that my phone and iPad won't charge from it. The USB A port doesn't have this problem. Otherwise the chair is good. I am 6'3 and find the large comfortable. I just got it and my friend and my son put it together. It comes in three boxes and they said that it was very simple and easy to put it together. It only took them about 15 minutes. It comes with a concise large manual with pictures. Anybody can put this together that is physically able. I am disabled and I was unable to put it together. That’s why my son and my friend put it together. My son is only 17 and he said it was very easy. When I first sat in it I immediately noticed that it fit me because I was worried that it would not fit me because I am 210 pounds and I am 5‘10“ tall. It fits me perfect. If you like a lot more room and you’re about my height and weight or bigger, I would get the wide version of this. But if you don’t want to spend the extra money, this chair would be perfectly fine, for someone that is 260 pounds and about 6ft or less. I’m only saying that number because that’s how much my wife weighs and it fits her comfortably. I’m trying to get as many details on here as possible because when I look for items to buy, I like as much information on reviews before I buy anything and I wish there was more reviews like that. This chair is extremely comfortable. The chair is very sturdy and easy to assemble Easy to operate and multiple functionality The lift and the recline range is extra extraordinary. The chair lays completely flat. I personally sleep in a chair because of my health condition. However, I have not slept in it yet. I just got the chair put together so tonight will be my first night and I will update my review afterwards. I purchased the chair based on reviews and by checking out other chairs at various stores, This chair was 1/2 the price of others I was considering and has the same features, Set up took about 15 minutes. The chair is outstanding. Firm cushions, smooth and quiet motors. Heating works great (but I don't use the feature). Massage feature is fine. ****If you are considering this chair, make sure you get the model that has the three motors. You really want the adjustable neck rest.**** WIsh it had a motorized lumbar support feature. PS. The "large" works fine for me ( I'm 6ft, 235lbs). Lift feature is a little slow, but I'm impatient. Very comfortable chair. WIfe wants one now! ... show more
