Did Not Go Well For Me
I got these hoping for some relief from the discomfort of vaginal dryness. Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction almost immediately after insertion. It was a bit difficult to remove from the foil packaging, and when trying to insert it, I could feel the edges of the suppository, which was irritating - definitely not what I expected for something to be used in such a sensitive area. Also, it started burning and stinging right after insertion, and it got bad enough that I had to remove what I could and try to wash out the rest after only a few minutes. Even after rinsing, I still had burning and pain for several days, and I had to use post-natal lidocaine spray for a little bit of relief. I know my experience was probably due to an allergic reaction, so it will possibly work ok for others, but I personally cannot recommend it.

Easy to use & works great!
The PLAYGROUND Miracle Melts Vaginal Moisturizer is easy to use, and it works great. They're small, lightweight, and don't make a mess - although, using a pantyliner might be a good idea, because it can leak out a little. It's fragrance-free, and gentle on my sensitive skin. This moisturizer is soothing, and can work like a lubricant. It really helps with dryness. Overall, I think they're very well made with high quality ingredients. I'd definitely recommend!

It's alright, but not a miracle
These work, but not as well as it seems they should. The instructions say to insert right before laying down for bed, or an hour before intercourse, once every 3 days. When inserting right before bed there was no mess, but it wouldn't provide much benefit the following day. When inserting before intercourse a lot would leak out, oil staining any underwear that was worn at the time. But it would provide good moisture for intercourse (as long as you're not using condoms, oil and latex don't mix). Also, as I mentioned the benefits don't last all that long, less than 24 hours, but it instructs to use once every 3 days. Overall its easy to use, and didnt cause any irritation or discomfort. There wasnt really any negatives to using it (besides the potential leakage), but I can't say there were enough positives to be willing to spend $54 every month on this, does not seem like a good value.

Really helpful especially when dealing with menopause
I have been using these Miracle Melts and they have been really helpful. As someone dealing with menopause, dryness has been a real issue, so I was glad to find something simple like this. Each melt is small and easy to use. It softens very quickly with body warmth and feels smooth and lightweight. The formula includes hyaluronic acid, which has no scent but helps add moisture and keep things feeling more comfortable for as long as I need. I like that the formula is hormone free. It feels like a gentle option that fits easily into my routine. The melts also come individually packaged, which keeps them neat and convenient. Sometimes the package is difficult to open though and I have to really use care that I don't drop the insert. They do exactly what they are supposed to do, and I really appreciate the longevity of the moisture and comfort they provide. The only downside for me is the price. They are a little expensive, but they have still been very helpful during this stage of menopause.

Less goop more wet
These were effective to help with dryness. They were not as long lasting as other ones I've used in the past but these ones are also less messy and less goopy than ones I've used in the past. I think there might be a connection between there. So it end up being a trade-off for which is preferred. They are extremely easy to use, with the caveat you have to remember to use them in the days prior to sex. I felt a little bit of tingling when first putting them in but did not experience any irritation. The ingredients are recommended by science for this issue and not just some woo supplements. These are definitely on the expensive side at more than 4 bucks a melt.
