I’m an Amazon Vine Voice, and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I was really hoping that Playground Miracle Melts would help with dryness from menopause, but my experience turned out to be very negative. I want to be clear that I strongly disliked this product and I will never use it again because of what I went through. The suppositories are marketed as fast-absorbing and soothing, but upon use, I experienced an immediate and severe burning sensation internally. The reaction was so intense that I had to seek emergency medical care at the ER, where it was confirmed I had an allergic response. Additionally, the physical design of the inserts is problematic. They have sharp edges that feel inadequately smoothed, posing a risk of scratching or scraping oneself during application. For safety, the shape needs to be thoroughly buffed down. Additionally, they are costly, and you only get 10 in the box. While I appreciate the intent behind a hormone-free option, this product was harmful in my case. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

I have been using this product for a while now so I can share more insightful feedback. It works but it may not be economical. I have not experienced any pain or irration (And I am really sensitive). It did work as instructed but I noticed if I stopped taking it, I am experiencing dryness (expected). It is worth trying out.

These work, but not as well as it seems they should. The instructions say to insert right before laying down for bed, or an hour before intercourse, once every 3 days. When inserting right before bed there was no mess, but it wouldn't provide much benefit the following day. When inserting before intercourse a lot would leak out, oil staining any underwear that was worn at the time. But it would provide good moisture for intercourse (as long as you're not using condoms, oil and latex don't mix). Also, as I mentioned the benefits don't last all that long, less than 24 hours, but it instructs to use once every 3 days. Overall its easy to use, and didnt cause any irritation or discomfort. There wasnt really any negatives to using it (besides the potential leakage), but I can't say there were enough positives to be willing to spend $54 every month on this, does not seem like a good value.
