My response to Mcombo when I purchased one of the remotes for their poorly made lift chairs. They had the nerve to cancel my order and tell me that they are sorry instead of accommodating me and then ask me if they solved my problem!!: The information said that one item was available. I purchased it and I was told that it was being shipped. I received an email saying that it was no longer available! I'm a 71 yr old disabled person and I really needed the item! 1st of all your lift chairs are not put together well 😑! The screws constantly fall out of the part that lifts the chair and no matter how many times the screws are replaced they continue to come out or break! I purchased this Mcombo chair in 2019 and just a few months after purchasing it it began to be a constant issue. It was past the last day of return and I didn't purchase the warranty because it is too expensive. I referred you to a very dear friend and she purchased lift chair from you and she began to have issues too. She'd purchased the warranty however, it didn't cover repairing the entire issue so she would have pay out of pocket more than it'd cost to purchase another chair. Both of us are on fixed incomes and we're both disabled. She passed a couple of months ago which has nothing to do with the chair but plenty of times we struggled just to get up to the bathroom because we are both incontinent. I hurt in my body every where and I get cold a lot. I've already replaced the remote control to lift my chair because the cable came aloose from the remote like a cheap cell phone charger because it was poorly made. Now my son-in -law is changing the screws every day because they keep breaking. I've asked one of my daughters to purchase me another lift chair because I'm afraid that the screws will come out or break when I'm home alone and no one will be her e to help me get up like yesterday. I used the bathroom on myself for several hours because I was home alone with no one to help me get up. I cried because I felt so humiliated. You know that your products are poorly manufactured and parts need to be replaced so you should always have them available and not for a ridiculous price. I'd seen the remote replacement for the heat and massage but it was $90 plus dollars and could not afford to buy it. When I saw it was $25 and there was only one I felt like one of my so many issues with my chronic disease was solved and I would be able to have some and massage therapy for my painful body. I know that you can provide me with that replacement remote control but you'd rather send me a dear John letter as if it solves my problem with your product! It's not acceptable! I've read other reviews recently that people having the same experience and you are dealing with derly sick and disabled people. You are a cruel heartless company and I don't know how you sleep at night in peace when you are supposed to be providing a product that provides peace for a people who desperately want to be able to be comfortable and as independent as possible during our final days. You should invest in fixing the problems with your products and services. I will never refer you to any one again nor will I eve purchase any Mcombo lift chairs or products from you!! How damn hard could it be to provide me or others with the remote that I need?!!! You can do much better if you have the best interest of people at heart! However, it's obvious that you are only interested in making a secure financial future for yourself!!! You will definitely reap the seeds that you are sowing be The Most High has promised this for everyone, including me!! No one is exempt!!! No! You have not solved this problem!!!!

My 83 year old mom returned home from rehab after surgery on her broken elbow and knee cap. I was concerned about her ability to transition from sitting to standing without using one arm and one leg. So, I bought this lifting recliner hoping it would help mom be more self sufficient and enable her to get up and down unassisted. I had it shipped to her place and I arrived the day before she was released from the rehab center and unpacked it and put it together with relative ease without any tools. I went to pick mom up the following day and brought her home. The moment of truth… She easily adapted to the remote and how to raise and lower the chair position. It was an instant success and has been a blessing to her recovery. As she progresses in her recovery, she can use the chair less to assist her sitting and standing. Honestly, she sleeps in it and it enables her to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom without assistance from anyone. I could not be happier with the outcome and my mom is a huge fan of the lifting recliner.

We ordered this chair from the company and they were quick to ship as my mother had back surgery it was due within a day I set it up which was very easy and plugged it in and everything works as it should my mom sat down in the chair and she loves it she falls asleep all the time and we have a happy camper The company worked with me and Thanks for getting it out to my house quick ! Chair arrived but with two(2) left arms and no right arm. They are not interchangeable given position of cup holder, brackets and outside fabric with pocket. Chair is unusable for my 94 yr old mom, for whom I bought it. Contacted seller. If they correct this issue and send me the right side arm for the chair, I'll gladly return the duplicate left arm and update this review. For now, very disappointed in the sloppy packaging/handling. We're hoping this will be fixed because the chair looks and feels comfortable and - with a left AND right arm - should work very nicely. UPDATE: Changed rating from 1 star to 4. After contacting the seller thru the Amazon orders page, they got back to me in less than 24 hrs, had one question to verify the correct side arm I needed, and then sent it to me. No other questions asked and they sincerely apologized. I received the correct arm in just 3 days via Fed Ex. My initial disappointment has been corrected by the seller's excellent customer service.

The delivery was fast! The only problem is these chairs only go to a certain weight limit. My husband is a big man, but we decided to try the chair anyway. It could have been a little wider but it works out ok. We are still looking for one that fits 350 to 400 lbs. Talked to the company that makes these and they were glad for the input.
