I bought this chair for my mom, who has MS and lung issues which won’t allow her to lay flat in a bed. This chair is a complete and total game changer! With the infinite back rest and leg settings, she can sleep comfortably upright and with the added comfort of heat and massage, she can relax and watch tv or visit with friends. The chair also has the power lift, so she can get up and down safely by herself. Her favorite feature is the home button, so if the doorbell rings or if dad calls her from the kitchen, she can simply push that button and the chair automatically goes back to its original home, starting position. I don't know how I got along for so long without this chair ... it is spectacular !! Not only is it beautiful ( I bought the Navy blue) the heat and massage functions are much better than I expected, as I had read other reviews on other chairs complaining about it being to weak .. this one is NOT weak. I shopped for a lift chair for 2 weeks before deciding on this one, I did my research like a detective ... This is the one I chose and I couldn't be happier. It even arrived a day early in 2 boxes as stated, but I was lucky enough to get them both on the same day..

It's a nice chair, but it was so very heavy that we could barely move the one box to the Living Room to set up for my Mom. The instructions were very clear but it was still tough for us to get it arranged where we wanted it and it wasn't all that easy to set up. It took me all day but it's a nice chair, just disappointed there is no heat module that can go from different settings like there is a massage option.

I would have given it 5-stars but the seat cushion could use more 'stuffing' or a stronger foam in the seat, otherwise I'm very satisfied with the chair and all it's functions and storage areas. I would definitely purchase again and hopefully by that time they will have increased the amount of cushion 'stuffing'! I find all of the settings to be very comfortable and easy to obtain. Oh, and I love the USB ports on the side to enable me to charge my phone seat-side. Other than the seat cushion I LOVE this chair!

This had everything I was looking for for my elderly father. It isn't overly wide/big (we have limited space) and the remote for head/foot adjustment is easy to use. The fabric quality/stuffing isn't luxurious or anything (not expected to be different, it's not an expensive chair) and the "vibration/massage" mode isn't very intense. The vibrations transmit a lot of sound through the wood floor via the "feet" of the chair when in use. It's a decent help for him while not being super impressive, pretty much a "get what you pay for" item.
