Easy instructions. Blow up 80%, close and put on doggy. This has been so much better than the cone he was wearing before. He's able to eat and drink with this. Does what I need it to do/good performance. Can't lick and risk reopening sutures. I think he likes the extra cushion while he heals. Easy to take off. You can slide collar through for easy stability. Medium fits perfectly. (No idea on measurements, but 13lb shihpoo) Great price too. Seems like it will last.

We tried the cone, we trimmed the cone, we tried the suit but luckily it was too small. We tried another cone that was too big. This was cute, comfy, the material is soft, non dangerous, unlike the cone, had no chemical smell, it's washable and my dog loved using it as a pillow. It's the only design I have seen like this anywhere. So unique and adorable. So grateful I found something that worked to keep my dog safe after surgery.

It worked great! It's MUCH better than the cursed plastic cone. This one deflated a bit over time because our cat chewed on the valve, but I don't blame the manufacturer; I fixed this problem by hot-gluing the holes. My mom had to poke a hole through the safety valve because it was hard for her to blow into it. The fabric was a little hard to clean but I'm sure the velvet fabric of other sellers is much harder to clean. I wish it was a wipeable waterproof material, but I couldn't find that being sold anywhere.

We had a 15 pound terrier mix that we had spade. She hated her cone and kept hitting it on every doorway, the floor, digging up dirt with it when she went to the bathroom, and drinking/eating was a disaster...we sought out other options and found this. She was immediately more comfortable, used it as a pillow, and didn't mind it AT ALL. In fact we thought she might miss it when we removed it from her. She couldn't get to her incision unless it wasn't fully inflated and eased our minds a ton that for 2 weeks we wouldn't all have to suffer through the challenges the plastic cone brought. This was worth every penny!

My corgi puppy got spayed last week so I bought this cone to not have to pay the Vet $40 for one of their cones. Right off the bat we had a hard time keeping it inflated. She had it for about 36 hours before the nozzle you use to inflate it came off and then she proceeded to chew the strap in half. Corgis aren’t known for jaw strength, and she’s never been an aggressive chewer, so for her to chew through it so quickly tells me it’s not a high-quality material. I recommend saving your money and finding a different cone.

I put this on my 8 pound multi poo after his neuter surgery and found that he could get around it to his back end. Had to rely on the old-fashioned Elizabethan collar. I think it will be useful if he ever has a face ear or front pot issue. Certainly is cute though

Everything about this is a win! This donut was easy to blow up (just like a pool float), but make sure that you follow the recommendation and only fill it up about 75-80%. I have a small Shihtzu that was neutered and he had a hernia repaired exactly a week ago, and he has had this donut on almost around the clock ever since. This donut has prevented him from chewing or licking his incisions and after a day or so, he didn’t even notice the donut there. It is secure with the thick band of velcro and I have not had to re-inflate it one time since blowing it up initially. My pup has slept through the night and has not tried to shake off or pull out of his donut. In fact, he uses this donut as a pillow because it is so comfortable for him. If you have a dog that will have stitches, I definitely recommend this product. The vet told me that the cone they sent him home with would be fine, but my dog was trying to get out of that nonstop, so I am thankful I already had this donut waiting to swap out. Definitely get it ahead of time so that you are prepared for after surgery.

I ordered the large for my old pup. She has an 18 inch neck and it fits just right. I originally bought a cone for her and she tore it off within a day. This product has been so much better than the cone! It’s way more comfortable and less bothersome for her. I purchased it so that she wouldn’t be able to scratch her face, and for the most part so has not been able to reach the area. She can rest or run around freely without an issue. For the price, it’s hard to be this product!
